Review: Daniel Sandler Invisible Radiance Foundation and Concealer in Beige

"Used alone, the dewy-fresh fluid foundation feels as light as a feather on skin. Accompanied by a complimenting shade of creamy concealer under the mirrored lid, this is your perfect weapon to disguise either under-eye darkness or blemishes. The duo forms the perfect partnership, avoiding the chore of hunting down a match to your base. "

I always wanted to try this foundation and concealer duo from Daniel Sandler. I just love the packaging and it is such a clever idea to put the concealer in the lid. I am sure that it's been done before, but I am impressed anyway :)

Spending Ban Haul (?) / Update

Hi everyone. It might sound silly, but I have a Spending Ban Haul post for you today :)
I thought that it will be a good idea to get everything I bought during the ban together and add it all up to see how much I actually spent. There is exactly 3 weeks left till the end of the ban and I am not planning to buy anything at all. I am too busy with packing everything and moving house, so I am not even thinking about spending money. So what did I buy during the ban?

A perfect Spring scent: NEOM Invigorate Reed Diffuser Review

"Invigorate - Unmistakably fresh Grapefruit is blended with Bergamot and a little Lime for extra crispness. An uplifting and zesty scent that promotes positive thoughts and a strengthened spirit. Bergamot's antiseptic and healing properties, blended with mood-boosting Grapefruit, makes for an altogether more confident you. 80% certified organic ingredients; 20% natural ingredients."

I love scented candles and home fragrance in general and I always have at least one reed diffuser in the living room or in the hallway. At the moment, I have one in each room :) haha. Most of them are vanilla scented, because my husband loves it, but I like to experiment with new blends of oils and buy new diffusers quite often.

Aromatherapy Associates Inner Strength Bath and Shower Oil

"Experience the genuinely positive and uplifting power of this unique blend, with clary sage, frankincense and cardamom to help find your strength in challenging and difficult times.

New Bourjois Radiance Reveal Healthy Mix Foundation and Healthy Mix Blusher Review. Swatches +before and after

Today I would like to share my thoughts on two exciting new products from Bourjois!
I reviewed the Healthy Mix Serum Foundation (here) and I loved it, so I had high expectations for the revamped Healthy Mix. The second product and a brand new member of the Healthy Mix family is the peachy blusher. I am a blush addict and I adore Little Round Pots from Bourjois, so I knew right away, that I will like this beaut!

Urban Decay New Ammo Palette Review and Swatches

Urban Decay Ammo Palette* (new 2013 edition)

If you own the original UD Ammo palette, you will know that the colours in this one are exactly the same. The only differences are:

NOTD: Gold skulls and pastels

Hi everyone. I promised to add NOTD posts weekly and I nearly forgot about this weeks manicure :)
I found a packet of nail stickers in my stash and I decided to try them out.  There are three different designs: stars, skulls and rhinestones and they are simple, flexible stickers with clear edges.

Youngblood Spring 2013 Bouquet Collection and makeup look

With all the Spring collections coming out this year one after another, it is really hard to keep up with all of them.
I already noticed some Summer ones appearing in my feed :O

The most recent launch I was lucky to try out is The Bouquet Collection by Youngblood Mineral Cosmetics.
Unfortunately, I couldn't make it to the London event (I live in Scotland), but I had a chance to play with the products at home and created a colourful Spring look with them.

Obsessed with hi-tops + rambles about growing feet :)

You might have seen my latest instagram picture where I decided to wear my husbands green hi-tops.
I don't like to talk about my feet, but I am a size 8 at the moment, so they are on the massive big side :) haha.
I used to be a size 6, but pregnancy did weird things to my body... My feet grew to a size 8 in 9 months!
Seriously!  If you haven't heard about this freaky condition, I am about to explain.

Revlon Nearly Naked Foundation Review and swatches

Revlon Nearly Naked Foundation* £8.99 in shade 130 Shell

I love trying out new foundations, so I was really excited to give the Revlon Nearly Naked a go.
I am all about a natural finish and this product is exactly what I need to achieve it.

First of all, you have to remember that Revlon Nearly Naked is a light/medium coverage foundation, so if you are looking for full coverage, you should consider something else.
I see negative reviews of products based on the wrong expectations and it really confuses me.
A tinted moisturiser won't camouflage very visible imperfections - a concealer is needed for this kind of magic.

Current skincare routine

Hi everyone. I finally decided to share my current skincare lineup! This post has been highly requested, but I wasn't too sure if I should write it. I switch between products quite often, but the ones featured in this post are the ones I used the most in the past 2-3 months.

Standout products from the latest LuxBox: Inika Rosehip Creme Colour and more...

Hi everyone. I know that many bloggers stopped reviewing beauty boxes, (so did I actually) but I wanted to mention some of the products I received in my February Lux Box*.

Natural Looking Brows with Shavata Brow Tamer and Tweezers

You might know that  I am trying to grow my brows. They are naturally dark and thick, but they are taking forever to grow back to their original shape. I just want to have perfectly bushy Cara Delevingne eyebrows ok? :) I am not obsessed with her, don't worry... but I see photos of her brows everywhere and I am so jealous!

Designer baby clothes for boys.

Hi everyone. Today's post is a little bit different :) It is all about designer clothes for boys.
I think that every mum loves buying beautiful clothes for their children and we can get carried away and spend a fortune :)  I must admit, I used to spend a lot on Zachary's outfits...

A Simple Coral Look For Spring

Hi everyone. When I was preparing this post at the weekend I did not expect to see snow again :) What's going on with the weather in UK? I mean... There is 10 cm of snow in my garden and it keeps snowing! Crazy! Anyway... I am guessing that it is just temporary and I am hoping to see sunshine again.  I try to stick to natural looks in Spring and Summer and this one is my favourite - coral lips and cheeks and subtle eye makeup.

On my nails this week: OPI San Tan-Tonio & Nails Inc Wellington Square

First of all, I would like to wish all mums a Happy Mother's Day! I hope you are having a lovely Sunday!

I received three bottles of nail polish from QVC recently and I have been using them since last weekend. My first choice was the OPI  San Tan-Tonio*. The shade is a dark nude/cappuccino kind of colour and it looks really lovely on the nails. I really like the names of OPI nail polishes and this one is so clever :)

OOTD: Richard Nicoll Dress

Hi everyone. I finally managed to find time to prepare an outfit post again. Yay! It is always a struggle for me, because when my camera is on a self timer, I am not in control and it irritates me :) It doesn't really focus properly on the outfits and as you can see on the photo above, my moving hand is blurry etc :) haha. Anyway... I hope you like it.
This outfit features a beautiful Richard Nicoll for Trop50 Dress* I received recently and it is a special one.

Bedroom pretties

You might know that I am in the middle of moving house. We are still looking for a place, but I already started packing and I am trying to let go of some old home decor.
We will be moving out at the beginning of April, so I don't have much time left.

I am thinking of redecorating our bedroom once we move and I will probably ditch the gold and white theme and go for a fresher look with pastel blue and and maybe a touch of yellow.
I will definitely need new pretty bed linen like the Emma Bridgewater Birds Duvet Cover Set (£90.00). I am in love with the beautiful design and the colours are perfect for the bedroom.  It’s also a great time to look for some half price blinds to spruce up the place and I can’t wait to see what it turns out like!

Bargain buy: Stila Merry and Bright Collectible Holiday Palette and Lip Glaze

Stila Merry & Bright Collectible Holiday Palette & Lip Glaze £12.50 (reduced to £.7.50)

Hi everyone and Happy Friday! I wanted to share this review with you for a while, but I totally forgot about it.
I picked up this palette before Christmas and I only used it a couple of times, but it was a bargain! I paid £7.50 for it and the Lip Glaze and I also ordered one for my next giveaway (fingers crossed for reaching 4000 followers).

More Korean beauty: Tony Moly Petite Bunny Gloss Bars

Tony Moly Petite Bunny Gloss Bars in 02 Juicy Grape and 05 Peach

I am seriously loving Korean Beauty Products. The packaging is just amazing and I cannot wait for my spending ban to be over, so I can treat myself to more cuteness :) I am pleasantly surprised with the quality of Korean makeup and Tony Moly Petite Bunny Gloss Bars are another lovely addition to my collection.

Rachel K Neutral CC Cream Review +swatches and before and after photos

"Neutral CC Cream is a much more refined and improved BB cream which combines various benefits all in one - colour control, oil control, whitening, brightening, moisturizing and UV protection with SPF 35.  It enhances the complexion by improving its texture, balancing skin tone and brings forth the quality of real skin - dewy, fresh, elastic and with a glow. The end effect is a flawless, non oily (matte) and radiant complexion. Slightly more beige shade for skin with warm undertones, yellow, redness."

Things I like to do: Camping

Hi everyone. I am sure that most of you love travelling, holidays abroad and short country breaks. I love it!!! If I had a chance to go somewhere every weekend, I would. Unfortunately, the weather in UK is terrible, so we only plan weekend breaks in Spring/Summer. One thing I never expected to enjoy as much as I do is camping. I never went camping, until I met my husband, but I really love the freedom you have when you go camping. Obviously, my favourite way to do it is in a campervan :) haha. It is the best way to travel and see the world in my opinion. You can drive anywhere you want and see amazing places. We went to France in a campervan in 2010 and it was awesome!!! I would love to do it again soon.

My first "camping experience" was at the age of 16, when me and my friends decided to go to a 3 day long Przystanek Woodstock festival (I lived Poland at the time) and we took tents etc with us to be able to stay there. It is one of the best high school memories I have, but I went there without my parents permission so it was kind of naughty! I wouldn't recommend that, it isn't the best idea to leave your parents worrying about you. They knew exactly where I went though, because I kept asking if I could go to the festival... and they kept saying no. I am not surprised  to be honest :)

I remember the tent we had with us... Oh dear... It was old and it took us ages to put up. If I had a chance to plan it again, I would get a pop up tent. They are fantastic! Me and my husband bought a massive pop up tent a couple of years ago and when you open the bag, the tent literally pops out of it and you are done in a second! Obviously, you have to secure it  in place once it is up, but it takes a couple of minutes and it is super easy. We paid over £150 for ours, but I found this Pop Up Tent from Millets  for £50.00 and I think that it would be perfect for festivals! It is lightweight and sturdy and has a waterproof and breathable design. Also, how beautiful is the record print allover the tent? Perfect!

Let me know if you have any recommendations for short breaks in UK. I would love to go to Ireland and Wales as well, so if you know great places to visit, let me know in the comments.

We are planning a weekend away soon and we will be heading to the North of Scotland and I cannot wait!
I am so excited! I will definitely add a post about it, so keep your eyes peeled :)
