Lego Movie Challenge & Brick Flicks at St.Enoch Centre

When The St. Enoch Centre contacted me and asked, if me and Zachary would like to take part in their Lego Movie Challenge, I was delighted! And you should have seen Zachary's face when I told him about it and... when the Lego arrived! Oh my... it was one of the best surprises (if not the best one) ever! My heart melted.

DIY: Turning old packaging into gorgeous decor pieces.

I love DIY! I am not sure if you know this, but my blog actually started as a DIY blog. I used to make jewellery, other accessories and anything else that I came up with. Being creative is a big part of my life. I don't have much time for any projects while looking after two kids and breastfeeding, but... I have been dying to upcycle two cardboard tubes my We Made Me baby carriers came in and I think I did pretty well, don't you think? Emma Bridgewater inspired homeware anyone? I am sooo, soo pleased with these! I used two techniques to cover the boxes in the print. One is super simple, one requires a bit more effort.

I am not sure if all of you celebrate Valentine's Day, but I absolutely love it. It is not just for couples in my opinion. It is all about sharing the love and spending some quality time together, even as a family. It is also a great excuse to show the person/people you love that you care. Kiko BFF Collection

I say it all the time, but I adore Kiko! Amazing makeup at such affordable prices. They recently opened a store in Glasgow as well and I had to pay it a cheeky visit obviously. It looks incredible! One of my favourite things about Kiko is the fact that they regularly release limited edition collections that are simply stunning! The newest one is called BFF- Best Friends Forever and it came out just in time for Valentine's Day. Great marketing move, as even those who are anti-valentines will love the theme and could be tempted to buy some pieces for their bestie!

Urban Decay never fail to impress with their new collections and the Gwen Stefani collaboration is insanely good. The Urban Decay Gwen Stefani Eyeshadow Palette* (£40.00) was released at the end of last year and it has been my go to palette for everyday makeup or a smokey eye for the past few weeks/months. Since the collection was recently expanded with a blush palette, lipsticks and more, I decided to finally review the eyeshadow palette.
