Fashion Monday #3 / Leopard Print Dress & Bowler Hat

Today's outfit is one of my favourite pattern/colour combinations: black and leopard print. I am also giving a bowler hat a go, but I am still unsure about it.

Sale Purchases: Fashion & Beauty

I am the queen of sales... seriously, most of my wardrobe was bought with a massive discount and I very rarely pay full price for any of my clothing. I like spending, but I also like saving. Here are some of my recent purchases, most of them ordered this weekend, so they are not with me yet. I placed orders with Asos, House Of Fraser, New Look and Feelunique.

Fashion Monday #2 / Stylist Pick Outfit

As promised, I have a fashion post for you this Monday :) And... it is a 'proper outfit post', which means unflattering full length body shots by my husband.... I obviously included some snaps I took myself too :) I was kindly sent two pieces from www.stylistpick.com and I styled them with my own accessories etc. Let me know what you think.

Fashion Monday #1

Hi everyone. If you follow me on instagram, you might have seen my outfits already, but I think I am finally ready to start sharing some OOTD posts on the blog. I am not sure if the photos will be taken with my DSLR or just my phone/ipad, but I am not too fussed about it to be perfectly honest. I get my fashion inspiration via instagram every single day, so I am perfectly fine with mirror selfies. What do you think?  Anyway... After the amazing response from many lovely ladies on instagram, I decided to introduce a 'Fashion Monday' feature to the blog, to mix things up a bit. I am getting fed up with writing about beauty 95% of the time and I want to branch out to other areas of blogging. Change is good, right?

Pandora White Quartzite Ring

I must admit, Pandora designs are quickly becoming my weakness and I have a really long wishlist ready for my birthday in July :) This ring is part of the 'stacking range' and it is absolutely beautiful! I was torn between the White Quartzite Ring and the White Enamel Flower Ring, but after spending far too much time comparing them, I settled for the first option. It is a perfect size and it looks very elegant. I am definitely over my crazy ring obsession and I find myself opting for more timeless designs.

Pandora Vintage Heart Charm

Every girl loves Pandora charms, right? You simply can't go wrong with them and the selection of designs is incredible. There is something for everyone and you can make your gift personal without going through the hassle of  engraving etc. Perfect for those who tend to buy gifts last minute, but still want them to be meaningful.

Fossil Stella Rose Gold Watch

I have been lusting after a rose gold Michael Kors watch for a really long time. It is the top item on my jewellery wishlist and if Santa doesn't put it under my Christmas tree this year, I will be furious!  Just kidding... haha :) I do love a bit of bling on my wrist though, and at the moment I am absolutely in love with the Fossil Stella Rose Gold Watch ES3003*(£125, £106.25). It looks just as pretty as the highly coveted MK watches, but it is much cheaper and it combines all the details I was looking for in an elegant rose gold watch.

Supermarket Fashion Challenge :)

I very rarely blog about fashion, but I love shopping for clothes and I am not ashamed to say that most of my finds are from George at Asda and F&F at Tesco. They always have fab new collections and all their pieces are reasonably priced and on trend. I also love their basic ranges and I find the quality much better than Primark and other cheap high street stores. When I was asked to take part in the "Making Money Go Further Campaign" by debtfreedirect.co.uk , I knew it was the perfect opportunity for me :) I was given a £75.00 budget to spend on an full outfit from a supermarket of my choice, including top, bottom and shoes. I actually managed to put together 2 outfits and still had some vouchers left!

Spring wishlist: fashion, makeup, fragrance

Ebay crystal necklace £7.99 (uk seller)
Beige 'smile' bag £19.99 (uk seller)
Marc Jacobs Daisy Eau So Fresh Purse Spray £24.95 (fragrance direct)
Lace Insert Jumper £30.00 (river island)
Skinny White Jeans £25.00 (river island)
Set of 4 midi rings £10.00 (asos)

Spring is probably my favourite season and I already started organising my wardrobe to make sure I get more wear out of all my pretty pastel jumpers and accessories. As a typical girl, I still end up saying that 'I have nothing to wear' though and my wishlist is never-ending :)

I picked a selection of items I have been eyeing up, with the embellished River Island flats  and lace insert jumper being on the top of my list. I also need a nice beige bag and the ebay replica of Celine (shhh...) is an absolute bargain. I already have two of these: one in red and one in mint green, but I wanted something more neutral this time. To go with the light/pastel theme, I will have to get myself a pair of white skinny jeans :) My current pair doesn't fit me (yet!) and I don't think I can drop 3 dress sizes before spring :) haha.  I also need some cute midi rings and a new necklace to feed my addiction. I just can't stop buying new ones.

From beauty bits, I really want to finally get one of the L'Oreal Collection Prive Lipsticks, but they always sell out really fast instore. I might order one online along with a a cute little bottle of Daisy Eau So Fresh and the new By Terry Blush - it looks gorgeous!

What's on your wishlist at the moment? Are you ready for Spring?

This post is NOT sponsored!

F&F Lingerie and Valentine's Day Treats :)

Valentine's Day is a perfect excuse to buy lovely lingerie, but it doesn't have to be super expensive. I am a big fan of F&F Clothing and I buy a couple of things from their collection every season. I have never bought any of their underwear though, but this set really caught my eye. It is sooo pretty!

Planning my holiday swimwear choices

AD -  (compensation with a voucher)
Last Summer I didn't really have to overthink my swimwear choices, as we were in a private villa, where no one could see me, but I still wanted to be comfortable, so I opted for a nice swimsuit and didn't care much about getting the right two piece option.

Ebay bargains: colourful watches

I totally forgot to blog about these last year, but better late than never :) If you are looking for cheap ways to accessorize your outfit, you can't really go wrong with a cool watch :) I got mine from Hong Kong and waited 2-3 weeks for delivery, but I noticed that UK sellers started selling them at the same price recently, which is under £3.00!!! Bargain!

Affordable party dresses from Asda

I always struggle to find nice party dresses and I usually end up buying a couple of different styles, to see which one is the best fit etc. When I was offered a chance to pick my favourite party dresses from ASDA, I had to say yes :) I am one of those people who go grocery shopping and end up spending a fortune in the clothes section and a big part of my wardrobe is actually from Asda, so I knew I will find something nice. The prices are very affordable and the quality is good too, so there is nothing not to like.

Cute Christmas Jumpers and accessories from New Look

Everyone seems to be buying cute Christmas jumpers this year, but I am still looking for a perfect design and fit. I ordered one on ebay, but I am really disappointed with the quality, the sleeves are too short and the shape is just ridiculous. I don't have too much time left to get myself a nice jumper, but I found some gorgeous designs on New Look's website and I will be placing an order and opting for speedy delivery!

Fashion World Shapewear Challenge

I was recently asked by Fashion World , if I would like to take part in their 'Shapewear Challenge' and as someone who needs a little bit a lot of help with smoothing their body shape, I couldn't say no :) I must admit - if shapewear didn't exist, I wouldn't even consider wearing a bodycon dress, because I am very body/self conscious and I don't like my tummy area. Anyway...

Ebay Bargains: Statement Necklaces

I always insatgram pictures of my new necklaces and many of you ask me for links etc. To make your life easier, I decided to feature some of my recent finds and other beautiful designs I have my eye on. It is safe to say that statement necklaces are my addiction. Without further ado, here they are (links and prices included).

The 'Carrie' Necklace

I usually go for statement necklaces, but I thought it was time to try something more dainty. I am not obsessed with Sex And The City or Carrie Bradshaw, but I quite like the idea of a name necklace, longs it isn't huge or tacky :)

Ebay Bargain: Crystal Statement Necklace

Most of you know that I am obsessed with statement necklaces. After a big clear out, I managed to reduce the amount of them to just over 100 different styles, but... I simply can't stop buying more. I love them!!! Most of them are quite cheap though, so it isn't a big problem :) haha. My latest find is this beautiful (and cheap) crystal necklace.
