Ray-Ban Aviators (+Ray-Ban Junior Giveaway)

I have some cheap aviators in my collection, but I have always wanted a pair of  proper Ray-Ban ones with gold frames and brown lenses. Well... my dream came true, as I was kindly offered a pair recently and I am in love! Let me tell you why...

Fashion: Carvela Laurel Leopard Print Flats

I have a slight obsession with leopard print and the only shoes I currently wear are pumps, so these Carvela Laurel Leopard Print Flats* (House Of Fraser) were the perfect pair for me. The colour is totally different than anything I already own so they add a nice touch to plain outfits (I mostly wear black and grey).

Spring Wishlist

I love a good wishlist, so I thought I will put together a selection of items I have my eye on :) There is always something I want.... let's be honest :) I actually have a couple of excuses now, as my baby bump is growing fast, I need a hospital bag and some new comfy flats for Spring.

Comfy date night outfit

My husband and I don't do date nights as often as we would like to, but when we do, I still prefer to keep my outfit quite casual. We don't actually go'out out' (I hate parties, clubs etc), so having proper party pieces would be an absolute waste of money for me. I like things I can wear on many occasions, easy to dress up and down.

His & Hers Daniel Wellington Watches

I am a big fan of Daniel Wellington watches and I have a couple of DW designs in my collection. They are classy, well made and absolutely beautiful. I was recently offered a chance to pick not one, but two DW watches for me and my husband to celebrate Valentine's Day and I couldn't resist going matchy matchy :)

Ash Spiral Boots

I have been lusting after a pair of Ash ankle boots for absolute ages, so when I stumbled across a pair of their Spiral boots on ebay, they had to be mine. I managed to snap them up at a fraction of the retail price as well. Happy days!

Fashion: Ash Jess Boots

After buying my first pair of Ash boots, I couldn't wait to expand my collection. My black Ash Spiral boots are simply the most comfortable boots I have ever owned and I live in them at the moment. I will be reviewing them on the blog soon, but today I want to show you the newest addition to my shoe wardrobe - Ash Jess Boots*.

Floral Dr Martens Boots

I tend to pick more 'elegant' shoes these days (preferably black ankle boots), but I have always wanted to own a pair of floral Dr. Martens boots so when the opportunity arose, I jumped at the chance. Was it the right choice?

Simply Be Partner Styling Challenge

I mentioned on my Twitter that me and Scott (my husband) are taking part in the Simply Be Partner Styling challenge and I won't lie when I say, that I was beyond excited! Scott was given a task of picking a Christmas Party Outfit for me, creating a Polyvore collage and making sure all the pieces are perfect for me.

OOTD: £5 tartan dress and grey knitwear

I adore tartan dresses, so I couldn't resists picking this one up from Primark. Believe it or not - it was only £5.00! What a bargain. It is from their new collection as well, so you can definitely get your mitts on it. Must have for Autumn!

Daniel Wellington Classic Oxford Watch & Discount Code

I own a beautiful Daniel Wellington St Andrews Lady Watch (review here) and it is one of my most worn timepieces. The newest addition to my small watch collection is the Daniel Wellington Classic Oxford Watch* (£149.00) and I already know that I will get even more wear out of it. It is absolutely stunning!

OOTD: Cosy cardigan and heels

Yay! I am not wearing a black cardigan :) haha. I got this cream one in TK Maxx and it is the softest and cosiest thing ever! I love the length of it as well, as the front is much longer than on my other ones.

Rekindling my love for jewellery

I used to be absolutely obsessed with jewellery. From huge, heavy earrings and  bangles to statement necklaces and rings... My collection is still insanely big, but for some reason I became a fan of the 'less is more' look lately. I actually stopped wearing earrings completely. Shock, horror! There is a piece I fell in love with recently though and it is this rose gold cuff.

OOTD: Black Jumper Dress & Floppy Hat

My most worn colour is definitely black. I probably wear it 90% of the time and I dress head to toe in black VERY often. I recently got this gorgeous Elvi Black Jumper Dress*  and I thought it was perfect to wear with an all black outfit. I might look like a widow, but I like that look a lot.

OOTD: Stripes and Denim

I wasn't sure what to wear with my orange and white stripy cardigan, but I went for denim look leggings, a black shirt, brown suede boots and a tan bag. What do you think?

Dolce & Gabbana Sunglasses Giveaway

My favourite brand of sunglasses is definitely Dolce and Gabbana. For some reason, their frames always catch my eye and most importantly... suit my face shape. The latest additions to my collection are the Dolce and Gabbana 4192 Lip Gloss Sunglasses in Black*(£106.00) and I am slightly obsessed with them. I am also giving away a pair of D&G sunglasses to one of my lucky readers and you can find out how to enter below.

HELLO! Fashion Magazine Launch + Competition

There is a new monthly fashion magazine on the market - HELLO! Fashion. With traditional media/print struggling at the moment, it is very refreshing to see a new option for fashion lovers. There is some beauty thrown in for good measure too, which is something I look for in every magazine. The best bit - it costs only £1.00!!!

Helly Hansen Spring Style Preview + Competition

If you are a fan of outdoor activities and buy top quality outwear and sportswear, you will be familiar with Helly Hansen. A brand loved by world-class sailors, skiers and adventurers who demand full protection and performance when the conditions are at their worst! The brand just launched their Spring Style Preview along with a facebook competition where you can win a $2500 Helly Hansen shopping spree. You can see the video and find out how to enter below.

Fashion Monday #4 / Leopard Print Trainers

I am all about comfort and I am also all about leopard print, haha... That's why I treated myself to a pair of Leopard Print Trainers (£17.00) from Asos. They were originally £28.00, but I spotted them on sale and I couldn't resist.

Plus size gal wardrobe basics/essentials

I might wear dresses when I want to look girly etc, but most of the time I wear a 'mummy uniform' which consists of black leggings, a longline t-shirt or cami, a waterfall cardigan and flats. Add a topknot to that and you have my signature look, haha :) There are things in my wardrobe I simply cannot live without, so I decided to put this little list together and tell you why you need them in your life. I included some pieces from standard ranges (up to a size 18) and some from Asos Curve (18-28), as I buy from both.
