Pur Minerals Pout Pens

I really like lip stains and I remember a time when the only thing I wore on my lips was Benetint, I went through so many bottles of that stuff! I also stained many tops with it, so a tint in a pen/marker format, like the Pur Minerals Pout Pen* (£14.00) is a godsend! I was kindly sent two shades to try out and I am in love!

Pregnancy update: 26 weeks

I wasn't going to write an update for this week, but I had a midwife appointment and an unplanned scan, so there is a lot to talk about and I like rambling about my pregnancy, haha :)  It's a long one, so grab a cuppa.

Bourjois La Laque Nail Polishes

Don't you love a good nail polish? The 'one coat wonder' type that dries pretty quickly and lasts well on the nails? Well... The new Bourjois La Laque Nail Varnishes* (£6.49) offer exactly that and they come in really cool packaging too. Like all Bourjois products, these are also very affordable and often on offer in Boots and Superdrug. Amazing!

Burberry Kisses Lipstick

I am pretty sure that everyone and their mother managed to get their hands on a free sample of the stunning Burberry Kisses Lip Colour back in March/April. It was possibly the best twitter campaign ever. I opted for a beautiful nude shade called Nude Pink (05) and I am in love!

Pregnancy update: 25 weeks

Oh wow, only 15 weeks left till my due date. I am not sure, if I am ready, haha :) Having a cheeky little toddler who loves crawling into our bed in the middle of the night isn't ideal when you have a newborn and it's something I am really worried about. I am also worried that I won't have enough milk for the baby, like the last time. Scared that I will end up having a c-section, scared of the pain etc.

My BAD experience with silicone lip enhancers

I am not going to lie... I love trying new beauty gadgets. That's why I was very intrigued by the cute little silicone lip enhancers. I have seen many reviews on blogs and youtube and they were very positive, so I thought I will try one of the little contraptions. Honestly, I was just curious. I have full lips naturally, but as a beauty blogger, I just love trying new things. Unfortunately... I didn't realise that I could bruise my face!

Exfoliating powders

Exfoliation is a big part of my skincare routine and there are many different product I use for this purpose. I like exfoliating toners, gentle scrubs, peels, masks etc, but I just love the velvety smooth feeling I can achieve after using an exfoliating powder. I've tried four different ones and to be perfectly honest, they are all fantastic!

Crownbrush Liquid Highlighters

I rave about Crownbrush Highlighters* a lot, but I haven't actually reviewed them properly on the blog. Not sure why, because I am absolutely obsessed with them!!! There are two shades available, but one of them became my Holy Grail and made me neglect my beloved theBalm Mary Lou Manizer :)

Logitech Ultrathin Magnetic Keyboard for iPad Mini

I don't get to review gadgets a lot, but I am all for it when I do have the opportunity to try something new. As a blogger and a photography enthusiast, I cannot live without my laptop, iPad, SLR, an array of memory cards and other bits and bobs. I was like that even before In started blogging. The item I am reviewing today is a Logitech Ultrathin Magnetic Clip-On Keyboard* for iPad Mini and iPad Mini with Retina Display and it is a nifty little gadget.

Illamasqua Precision Brow Gel in Stare

I have been faithful to the Anastasia Brow Wiz in Brunette for a really long time, but... there is something I have been enjoying even more lately and it is the Illamasqua Precision Brow Gel* (£18.50) in shade Stare. I think I actually prefer it to the Brow Wiz.

Pregnancy update: 24 weeks

This week was a bit of a roller coaster and if you are up to date with my posts, you probably know why. If not, you can read all about it here. I almost passed out when I was out on my own and it was really scary. I mentioned that I made an appointment with my GP to make sure everything is fine.

Bourjois Aqua Laque Lipsticks

I am a bit late to the party, but I finally got round to reviewing Bourjois Aqua Laque Lipsticks* (£8.99 each). They look very similar to the Rouge Edition Velvet Lipsticks, but the formula and the finish are totally different. If you love glossy lips, you have to give these a go!
