New Benefit Brows

When it comes to brows, Benefit products have always been the most popular, along with their brow bars. The full range was recently revamped, with many new additions as well and an extended selection of shades, which is always a bonus. I have four of the products to show you today, so let's get started.

The most foolproof option that I always recommend to everyone is Gimme Brow*(£18.50). It is soo, soo easy to use and gives a natural effect. It's a tinted eyebrow gel, with tiny microfibres that adhere to skin & brow hairs adding fullness and definition. You can either quickly brush your brows with it for a very natural look, or use the brush tip to add shape as well. It is simply fantastic and I used up 3 tubes of it since it came out. It's a must have in my makeup bag. There is one new shade as well, so three in total: light medium and dark. Love, love, love it!

Next, we have another personal favourite of mine, because as the name suggests it is goof proof. The Goof Proof Brow Pencil*(£18.50) comes in 6 different shades and a very practical twist up format. It is also waterproof and comes with a spoolie, which is fantastic! The tip of the pencil is tapered to give a more precise finish and you simply draw hair strokes with it where you have any gaps and add definition. I really, really like it.

Ka Brow!*(£18.50) is ideal for those who like to take their time to do their brows. It is a cream-gel formula, similar to all the pomades/gels available from other brands. It comes with a hard angled brush to apply the product with and you can use it sparingly for a natural brow or with a heavy hand for a more dramatic effect. Again, I adore it and I would definitely recommend it. Available in 6 shades.

The last product I want to talk about is not a necessity, but it is a nice addition to the range. The Browvo! Conditioning Primer*(£21.50) is a clear brow gel enriched with Keratin and Soy Proteins to help promote healthy, fuller, thicker-looking brows and prep & condition the hair before using other products. It can be used alone as well, if you just want to brush the brows into place. I personally wouldn't buy it, as I think it's a bit overpriced for a clear brow gel, although... it could be great for making the brows grow thicker. We just have to wait and see.

Left to right: Gimme Brow in shade 5(dark), Goof Proof Pencil in shade 5, Ka Brow! in shade 5 and Browvo primer.

Wearing Gimme Brow and Ka Brow!

Overall, I am really happy with all of the products and I would definitely recommend trying Gimme Brow, Ka Brow and the Goof Proof Pencil. There are also other products from the range that sound great, like the Benefit Precisely My Brow Pencil, but if you want to make sure you get a good match for your hair colour, I would just visit a Benefit counter to check them all out.

Available from all Benefit stockists, including asos.com, boots.com, lookfantastic.com etc.

And www.benefitcosmetics.com of course.
