Thalgo Moisture Quenching Mask

"This mask is a real moisturising bath, providing your skin with all it needs to be intensely refreshed and, with only a single application, restoring its optimum hydration level. Sensations of tightness and dehydration lines disappear immediately, and your skin recovers its comfort and softness."

As soon as the colder weather starts and I need to use central heating, my skin becomes very dry and looks tired. I make sure to use rich face creams and face oils in Autumn/Winter, but sometimes I need and extra boost of hydration. I decided to try the Thalgo Moisture Quenching Mask and see if it makes a difference to my dry skin. I used it about 5 times in the past 2 weeks and I am very pleased with the results. There isn't a massive difference in my skin, but it is a lovely product and I enjoyed using it. First of all, as soon as I apply it to my face, it has a soothing and cooling effect. The smell is delicate and the consistency is light and creamy at the same time. I leave it on for 15-20 minutes and let it work its magic :) It doesn't dry completely on the skin, so it is easy to remove with warm or cold water. It makes my skin look more radiant and plump and leaves it soft and hydrated. Like most face masks, it comes in a 50ml tube and is quite pricey, costing £27.00. I wouldn't repurchase it for this amount of money, but if it was on offer I would definitely get another one, because it is a really nice product.

What is your favourite hydrating face mask? I would love to hear some recommendations.
