Breakfast inspiration with Alpro #alprotops

If you follow my food instagram account, you might have seen my breakfast creations with Alpro yogurts. I was kindly sent a hamper with some of their products and an amazing pack of toppings to shake up my breakfast routine and experiment with various ingredients. As a big fan of Alpro Simply Plain, I couldn't wait to try more flavours and I must admit- they are absolutely delicious!

Nivea is a brand I have been familiar with since a very young age. In fact, it was the first skincare brand I have ever used, because both of my grandmums and my mum have been using their creams for decades! Most Nivea products are very cheap and do the job, but the new Nivea Cellular range feels much more high end and luxurious, featuring three key anti-ageing ingredients: Magnolia Extract, Hyaluronic Acid and Creatine. The formula promises to accelerate cell renewal, reduce & prevent wrinkles, plump & firm the skin and keep it moisturised and happy.

Love Me Beauty are definitely the most impressive subscription box service on the market and every single month they deliver a fabulous selection of products. After looking at the April menus, I opted for edition 2, simply because I really wanted the Models Own Nail Art Pen :) I am happy with the rest of the contents as well and the lifestyle extra made the box even better!

Homemade Nut Milks with Vitamix

I eliminated cows milk from my diet about 2-3 years ago, but I do eat small amounts of yogurt or cheese occasionally. Everything in moderation is perfectly fine in my opinion. I replaced cows milk with almond or hazelnut milk and my brand of choice is usually Alpro. I also love coconut milk and I use it with porridge and in everyday cooking. Yum! When I was sent the Vitamix Pro 500* to try, I was really excited about making my own nut milks. It is much cheaper and you know exactly what goes into it. No additives, no added sugar, just fresh, delicious homemade milk! I was also sick of running out of nut milk, so this is life changing for me :) Soo... how do you make nut milk? It's super easy!

Bumble and Bumble Creme De Coco Range

My hair is a real pain in the butt. It is fine and flat most of the time , but sometimes it becomes dry and frizzy... How is that even possible? I also have damaged ends from styling it with heat, so I have to use repairing products, which always comes with a risk of weighing the hair down. Thankfully, I was introduced the the Creme De Coco Range from Bumble and Bumble and I fell in love with it!

What's In My Makeup Bag?

I have a big collection of makeup bags, but I keep going back to simple, clear designs where all my products don't even have to be organised to be found easily :) I got this clear bag with a skincare gift set by Amie* and it is ideal! It has nice finishing touches, with a white leather trim, pink zip and little flowers on the bottom. It is the perfect size as well.

New Urban Decay Liners & Angled Brush

When it comes to black liners, I swear by the Bourjois Liner Pinceau Liquid Liner and the Urban Decay 24/7 Glide-On Pencil in shade Zero. I repurchased both of them many times and I can't fault them at all. I like to try new options though and the new Urban Decay offerings are just as good as my two favourites. There is a new liquid liner, a cream liner, a 24/7 glide-on pencil, an angled brush and a retractable pencil.
