
Getting a good night's sleep is very important to me and I cannot function properly, if I don't get a minimum of 8 hours. I try to go to bed around 23.00 and I am woken up by my 2 year old toddler between 8.00-9.00 in the morning. I know... I should feel lucky :) haha. I am extremely grateful for having such a good sleeper. One thing stopping me from drifting off to sleep is anxiety.
