With the new Barbie movie coming out soon, most of us are ready for an extra touch of pink for the Summer. From garden parties, to festivals and Summer weddings, there are so many occasions to dress up for. I am usually dressed head to toe in black, but I actually love adding bright pink accessories to my outfits and have a few Barbie pink pieces in my wardrobe. The pink Birkenstocks are soooo comfortable, I love how they mould to your unique foot shape and the fun patent finish on these is perfect for making a statement, especially in the lovely pink colour. Again, I've been getting so many compliments on these. Seems like pink is the colour of the season and everyone loves it.
Next, we have this lovely Accessorize Gingham Dress*(£49.00). It is such a comfortable design, very roomy and flowy and ideal for Summer. The perfect garden party dress. I have been wearing it all month and I can't stop. Black and white gingham is such a classic, it goes with everything. I paired it with a pink linen shirt for that extra pop of colour and it has been my new go to outfit for any occasion. And how beautifully does it go with the bright pink bag and sandals?
Now back to my goth roots, we have the lovely Off Shoulder Broderie Midi by Very*(£38.00). I love the neckline and detailing on this dress and just like the gingham one, it is so comfortable and roomy. Nothing worse than feeling constricted on a hot day. Give me all the flowy silhouettes! The pink bag and sandals really stand out against the black, making the vivid colour pop even more. It's such a great contrast and my go to styling choice, when I want to make my all black outfit much more interesting.
I even matched my manicure and cocktail with the pink vibes. I am fully committed!
