Bourjois Spring 2016

A bit late to the party with these, but better late than never and just in time for Spring! The new Bourjois releases include a new City Radiance Foundation, a Radiance Reveal Concealer, new shades of nail polish, lip velvets and eyeshadow quads.

The City Radiance Foundation*(£9.99) was created to protect your skin from pollution with it's unique anti-pollution screen and added SPF 30 to prevent sun damage. Fab! The formula is nice and creamy and applies beautifully, blending to a natural, glowy finish. It feels very moisturising and offers medium coverage. I really like it. It is suitable for all skin types and set with a powder, it lasts pretty much all day. The shade I have is too light for me, but I can make it work, if I bronze up a bit after.

The Radiance Reveal Concealer*(£7.99) is  a must have! I am so impressed with it! It works wonders at concealing my dark circles, it feels hydrating and it is easy to blend and apply. It is enriched with Mont Blanc glacier water & hyaluronic acid to plump and moisturise, while smoothing fine lines and wrinkles. I love the packaging and the applicator too - it feels very luxe. I wish they did more shades though, so everyone could find a match.

The Rouge Edition Velvets*(£8.99) are always a dream in my opinion, longs you like the colour. The formula glides on beautifully and sets matte for a long lasting finish. The two new shades are: no16 Honey Mood and no17 Cool Brown. Both are lovely, but the latter is more up my street.

I am also a huge fan of the Bourjois 1 Seconde Nail Polishes*(£5.99), so every new shade added to the selection makes me happy. These are amazing, as the brush makes the application super quick and you usually only need one coat for an opaque finish. Truly 1 second job! The new shades are perfect for Spring, featuring a greige and a light peach.

The peach shade is no 52 Jamais Saumon Vernis and the greige is No 55 A-Greige. (I am wearing 1 coat of each shade on the photo)

There are also new eyeshadow quads on offer. One is a blue and grey combo (No 11 E-Blue-Issant) and the other one is a mix of neutrals (No 12 Sau Mondaine). These retail at £7.99.

Have you tried anything from the Spring collection? If not, I would definitely recommend the new base products, especially the Radiance Reveal Concealer.
