January beauty favourites

I think I might bring my 'Monthly Beauty Favourites' feature back in 2016. I wasn't consistent with it last year, but I love writing about all my finds, so fingers crossed the kids give me some spare time to try more products :) haha. Now let's start with my January favourites. I only have a couple of things I really enjoyed and here they are.

I couldn't resist ordering the Nuxe Prodigieux Shower Oil before Christmas, as I am  a big fan of their shimmering oil. Not the cheapest shower product around, but it smells amazing and feels very luxurious. It also has tiny shimmery particles and I absolutely love using it. The formula is sulfate free, with a sweet almond oil base, orange blossom, magnolia and vanilla. You have to try it!

The next product is a Moisturising Rinse*(£11.99) by Macadamia. I love their Deep Repair Masque and it is still my Holy Grail, so I wanted to give their other products a go. The Moisturising Rinse is a light weight conditioner, that deeply moisturises, repairs damage, adds a nice shine to the hair and smooths any frizz. It also protects from UV rays. All that without weighing the hair down, which is very important to me, as my hair lacks volume.

I received this gorgeous Makeup Brush Set by Studio 10 last month and all the brushes in it are just lovely. Soft and well made. I also adore the pouch! I think it was limited edition, but you can get the brushes separately too (£22.00-£28.00). They are available from Cult Beauty.

And to clean my brushes, I have been using the Lottie London Soap Star Solid Brush Cleanser*(£6.99). It is super easy to use and does a great job at cleaning my brushes. Simply wet your brushes and sweep over the soap-bar in circular movements to create a lather, rinse and allow both your cleansed brushes and the soap to air-dry. Easy peasy!

I will be reviewing the Urban Decay Gwen Stefani Palette*(£40.00) this weekend separately, as the full collection launched recently, but I wanted to mention it in my favourites too. The formula of the eye shadows is fantastic and the colours are simply stunning. Also - how gorgeous is the packaging?

You can see one more product in the main photo (by The Rose Tree), but it hasn't launched yet, so I am not sure if I can talk about it. I will update it, when I get a response :)

What products have you been loving lately?
