Barry M Matte Nail Paints and Textured Glitters

I love Barry M Nail Paints and I always buy some new colours when I am in Boots or Superdrug. At £2.99-£3.99 they are a steal. The newest additions to the Barry M family are their Matte & Textured Glitter Nail Paints in some fabulous colours.

The Matte Nail Paint*(£3.99) comes in five colours: Espresso, Burgundy Crush, Light Brown Caramel, Nude Vanilla and Mocha. They are all beautiful and perfect for A/W. I was kindly sent shade Mocha to try out and I can't stop wearing it. I really like matte effect polishes on my nails and the muted brown/taupe colour looks amazing! It lasted on my nails for 2 days without chipping, but you probably know that everything chips on me within 24h, so I can't really judge the lasting power :) Mocha was opaque in 2 thin coats and very easy to apply. It also dried really quickly.

The Royal Textured Glitter*(£3.99) Collection consists of five shades as well: Princess, Majesty, Duchess, Pearl and Countess. Again, they all look incredible! I received Pearl (white) and Duchess (nude) for review and I am in love. The texture of these is very unusual and opaque in 2 coats. You can also apply it over normal nail polishes and you will only need one coat to achieve a very intense effect. There is a lot of sparkle and I can see the Textured Glitters becoming very popular during the festive season. I have never seen anything like it. It's like a glitter addict's heaven! You can also apply a thick, clear top coat over these for a super glossy effect - it looks amazing and Seche Vite works best in my opinion.
