Recipe: Sesame Crusted Tofu with Cherry Tomato Salsa

Sesame Crusted Tofu with Couscous and Tomato Salsa. For two generous portions you will need:

200-300g of Tofu ( or one packet)
150g of Couscous
150g od cherry Tomatoes
Half a cup of Coriander
1 Red Onion
1 vegetable Stock Pot
3 Tablespoons of Sesame Seeds
1 lime
