Oh, how I love a good old makeup review. Today I have the beautiful Too Faced Sweet Peach collection to show you and oh my.... it is stunning! The packaging, the SMELL (yep!) and the formulas. I am in love!
The collection launched a while ago and everyone seems to be obsessed with the peachy shades lately, especially warm toned eyeshadows and peachy cheeks.
The most popular item in this collection is of course the Sweet Peach Eyeshadow Palette*(£39.00). It features 18 beautiful shades of peachy pinks, neutrals and a bit of purple for a nice pop of colour. There's also a light khaki in the mix too. Perfect combination and very wearable.
The eye shadows are infused with a yummy peachy scent and antioxidant-rich essence of peach. Oh, they smell good enough to eat! I am serious! You can apply these dry or wet for a more intense colour payoff. The formula is amazing - easy to blend, nicely pigmented, long lasting and with very minimal or no fallout (depending on the colour).
What a lovely selection! I am obsessed with the neutrals and peachy tones.
I swatched these in the same order the shadows sit in the palette. Shimmers, mattes, mattes with sparkle. The possibilities are endless!
A warm toned smokey eye created with the palette. I used Nectar in the inner corners and under the brow bone, mixed with a bit of Peaches & Cream. Caramelized and Bellini on the lid and Summer Yum in the crease. On the lower lash line, I smoked it out with Talk Derby To Me.
For the cheeks, we have the lovely Sweet Peach Glow Kit*(£34.00). I do love my glow, so this illuminate, blush and bronze palette is right up my street. Just like the eyeshadows, the formula of the cheek trio is infused with the scent and essence of peach - delicious! And how adorable is the packaging?
Inside, we have three gorgeous shades, which work perfectly together. They suit most light and medium skin tones and add a lovely peachy glow to the cheeks.
Highlight (luminous gold peach)
Blush (warm peach glow)
Bronze (soft peachy bronze)
So, so pretty! The highlight can be subtle or really sparkly, depending how much you use. The swatch is applied heavily but you can see on the photo of my face below, that it can be subtle too. The blush and bronzer look great on my skin tone as well. Perfect Spring/Summer option.
Last but not least, the juicy Too Faced Peach Oil Lip Gloss*(£16.00 each). I have been so obsessed with matte lipsticks, I forgot how nice it feels to have something nourishing on my lips! These glosses are smooth and silky and taste and smell like peaches! Someone stop me, because I can't stop licking these off! The formula is enriched with peach oil, coconut oil and vitamin E to soften and moisturise and I love, love love these! And no stickiness - yay!
The doe foot applicator makes these glide on like a dream.
I have two shades: Pure Peach and Poppin' Peach. The first one is a soft peachy (almost milky) shade and the other is a nice coral option. Both add a tint of colour to the lips and make them look full and juicy.
Left: Pure Peach. Right: Poppin' Peach.
Wearing Pure Peach here. It's such a subtle, natural looking shade.
Wearing the shadows, blush, bronzer, highlight and the Pure Peach lip gloss.
Overall, this is a stunning collection and the products are so worth the hype. I know what I will be wearing all Spring!
