Christmas Day Out in Glasgow #glasgowloveschristmas

If you follow me on Instagram or/and Twitter, you might have seen some of these photos already. I attended a Day Out in Glasgow City Centre with some fab bloggers and we took part in loads of fun activities planned for us by Glasgow Loves Christmas. I am not gonna lie, it was a pretty awesome day and I am so glad I decided to go.

We started the day at Kimbles in St.Enoch Centre, where we met lovely Fiona and Tricia who organised the day out. It was a small group of bloggers consisting of me, Laura, Ellis, Charlotte and Emma.

We all had delicious hot chocolate and I opted for the DIY white hot chocolate with cream and marshmallows. Delicious!

We actually went back to Kimbles that evening and I had this dreamy hot chocolate again, haha.

We also had a chance to try some of the delicious christmassy Kimbles chocolates. How adorable!

Chocolate heaven! Make sure to pop into their store to pick some up!

After the  very sweet breakfast, we went to Hamleys to meet Santa and his elves. It was absolutely hilarious and I think that kids would love it. We were showed a selection of this years top gifts and we had a really good laugh too. It all ended with snow falling from the sky inside the shop! Pretty cool.

After meeting Santa, we headed to a Charlotte Tilbury masterclass at her House Of Fraser store. Oh, just look at those baubles! I am treating myself to one of these for Christmas.

Makeup, prosecco and lipstick shaped biscuits? Yes, please.

The girls at the CT store showed us how to create the classic Charlotte Tilbury Dolce Vita look.

Finished look. How gorgeous is Ruth? I am slightly obsessed with Charlotte Tilbury products, so I was really pleased when we were kindly gifted some treats to take home. I am loving the Goddess Clay Mask!

After the CT masterclass, we headed to afternoon tea at Rox Jewellery in the Argyll Arcade.

The massive mirrors were a perfect opportunity for selfies :)

How amazing does the afternoon tea look? Oh my, it was incredible.

We were invited to go upstairs to the Laurent Perrier Champagne Bar and the decor was absolutely stunning! If you're looking for special jewellery this Christmas, Rox is the place to go! So luxurious!

I actually fell in love with their candles. They smell so good! I have the Champaca Rum one and I can't recommend it enough.

The dainty necklaces really caught my eye. So pretty!

After looking at the most amazing jewellery at Rox, we went to Buchanan Galleries to do Secret Santa!

Armed with a Buchanan Galleries gift card, we shopped till we dropped and by that I mean... I went to Tiger and Boots and I got everything I needed. Tiger was so busy, but also sooooo worth it. I have to go back to get some treats for myself and the kids.

And then we went to Christmas wonderland... I mean... John Lewis :) haha. Honestly, their Christmas decorations are to die for. They have 5 different decor themes this year and the baubles are stunning!

Oh, so pretty! I want them all!

Who loves Buster?

I picked this guy to take home with me :) I am definitely going back to get some more baubles. They were beautiful!

One of the beautifully decorated trees at John Lewis.

And pretty snowglobes! I really want one of these for Christmas.

Pretty mugs! I have a mug obsession so wouldn't mind finding this in my stocking.

After Christmas overload at John Lewis, we went to the The Restaurant Bar & Grill in Princes Square for some festive cocktails.

We were shown how to make them all too and I put my cocktail shaking skills to good use.

Passionfruit and gold cocktail. It was to die for!

Myrrh, cream, nutmeg, vodka, with some fresh apple. Strong, but so divine!

Frankincense & Strawberry (with a hint of balsamic vinegar). Yum!

The Restaurant Bar & Grill is located in the stunning Princes Square.

Princes Square is my favourite place to shop and to go for lunch and drinks.

We finished the day quite late and went back to Kimbles for some hot drinks and talked about our day and #bloggerproblems :) It was a lovely day and I had so much fun! The girls were an absolute pleasure to talk to and I might have blabbered far too much. Sorry ladies, I hope I didn't burst your eardrums with my laugh :)

So many great things to do in Glasgow City Centre this Christmas. Whether it's Christmas shopping, food or drinks, there is something for everyone. Find out more at www.glasgowloveschristmas.com.
