Bobbi Brown Creamy Matte Lip Colour (NEW Nudes)

I am all about nude, matte lips at the moment and I have been loving the new shades of Bobbi Brown Creamy Matte Lip Colour* (£19.50 each). The new additions feature four dreamy nudes and I became slightly obsessed with one of them :) I mentioned it in my September Favourites and on my Instagram. It is LOVE!

Bobbi Brown Creamy Matte Lip Colours 'combine the look of a classic matte lip with incredible wearability'. The formula glides onto the lips beautifully, feels creamy, moisturising and very light. Once applied, the colour stays put for a minimum of 6-8 hours, which is fantastic! The finish is completely matte, but doesn't make my lips look or feel dry.

The four new shades include:
Pink Nude - Cool toned pink
Warm Nude - peachy/light brown nude
Soft Nude - medium brown with slightly orange/red undertones
Nude - dark brown/rose nude

My personal favourite and the shade that suits my complexion best is Pink Nude. It is simply stunning! Nude and Warm Nude are lovely as well. Soft Nude doesn't really suit me on it's own, but I can make it work by mixing it with other colours. You can see the swatches below. There is a shade for everyone.

I am really impressed with the formula of Bobbi Brown matte Lip Colours and the nude shades are absolutely perfect for A/W 2014. Everyone seems to be obsessed with this trend so the timing is perfect! Although... nude lips are classic!

Available from www.bobbibrown.co.uk, debenhams.com, sephora.com and other Bobbi Brown stockists.

  9. I debated between True Pink (older shade?) and Pink Nude and think True Pink suits my skin tone better, but they're all lovely. I love the formula!

  10. These are all really beautiful, wearable shades. The words creamy and matte together definitely sound great though.
