If you follow my food instagram account, you might have seen my breakfast creations with Alpro yogurts. I was kindly sent a hamper with some of their products and an amazing pack of toppings to shake up my breakfast routine and experiment with various ingredients. As a big fan of Alpro Simply Plain, I couldn't wait to try more flavours and I must admit- they are absolutely delicious!
Lemon & Lime - Very refreshing, sweet, with a subtle lemon & lime flavour.
Simply Plain - My favourite yogurt ever. Creamy, sweet and absolutely delicious!
Strawberry & Rhubarb - Ideal for those who like fruity yogurts with a lot of sweetness.
Vanilla - Oh my... It's divine and I will definitely repurchase it. Lovely vanilla flavour, silky texture and perfect amount of sweetness.
The selection of toppings included: Dark Chocolate, Mulberries, Pistachios, Goji Berries, Chia Seeds, Mango Cubes, Flax Seeds, Muesli, Cranberries, Pecans, Coconut Powder and Mint.
Here is one of the super quick, nutritious Alpro creations I enjoyed for breakfast. It will take you less than a minute to prepare and it's incredibly tasty!
1. Slice 1 banana, throw it into a bowl
2. Top it with a couple of tbsp of Alpro Vanilla
3. Sprinkle with dark chocolate flakes
4. Optional: drizzle with honey/agave syrup or add your favourite nuts :)
As you can see, Zachary had lots of fun with the toppings and he kept building towers with the boxes :) haha.
