My swimwear/beachwear picks and a dream bikini :)

When it comes to swimwear and beachwear, I prefer to cover up as much as I can. I usually go for full size swimsuits or high waisted bikini briefs and a bikini top with a lot of support. High waisted briefs are a fantastic invention and make my tummy look smaller and give my body a nicer shape in general :) I can't imagine wearing a tiny bikini at the moment... but to be honest, I've never been confident enough to wear one, even as a size 8. I was meant to be going on holiday in August and I was eyeing up some  beachwear, but unfortunately I will have to wait till next summer to enjoy a long break :( I prepared this wishlist anyway. Let me know if you like my picks.

On the top of my wishlist, we have the beautiful Tallulah Balconette Bikini Top (£30.00) and Tallulah High Waisted Brief (£18.00). I might have found the perfect bikini. The shape of the top and briefs are ideal for my figure and I am seriously considering placing an order. The floral print is beautiful and feminine and it would look gorgeous under a white crochet kimono/coverup.

The next set is my "dream bikini" I adore frills and polka dot designs and as soon as I hit my goal weight and have a tummy tuck  I will be rocking something similar to the Betty Frill Pants (£11.00) and Bikini Top (£20.00).

The last option, and the most realistic one at the moment is a full size swimsuit. I would normally go for black, but the colorful ones really caught my eye. The Savannah Swimsuit by Panache (£32.00) features a lovely design on the top and in the waist area, to give an illusion of a tiny waist. The straps are detachable, so you could wear it in two ways. The pink Dolly Bandeau Swimsuit by Cleo Swimwear (£30.00) would be perfect for lounging around by the pool, but I would have to work on my waist to be able to wear it. The last design is another beaut from Panache. The Veronica Swimsuit  (£31.20) features paisley print and the color combination is lovely.

You can buy all the pieces featured in this post from My Curves & Me. They also sell beautiful lingerie and cater for all cup sizes. Perfect :)

Look at the gorgeous model wearing the purple swimsuit... She looks amazing!

  1. Those all look so pretty, as well as comfortable! Being 'curvy' myself it's sometimes hard to find a flattering suit that is also stylish. I would totally wear the first one, love the pattern :)

  2. The purple swimsuit is to die for! Great post

  3. Ah that blue one really is lovely!

  4. Now I want to go shopping... I really like the purple and gold paisley by Panache- would look fab with some gold earrings/bracelets/flip flops and a white cover up, poolside!
