BOURJOIS CREAM BLUSHERS* £7.99 EACH
I absolutely adore Bourjois and when I go to Boots or Superdrug, they are the first brand I check out.
They released many new product recently, including the beautiful cream blushers. I really like cream products, especially for Spring/Summer and I am becoming slightly addicted to the reinvented Little Round Pots.
You can choose from four wearable shades, all nicely pigmented and easy to blend.
The cream to powder formula is buildable and you can wear it sheer or build up the colour.
The finish of these looks very natural on the cheeks and you can apply the blush with your fingers or a stippling brush. I prefer using my fingers. The creamy consistency of Bourjous Cream Blushers is a dream to apply and feels like something in between a mousse, gel and satin. Once applied, the blushers give a gorgeous dewy finish and feel very comfortable on the skin.
The lasting power of these (on my normal/combination skin) is really good and they started to fade after 7-8 hours. I usually reapply blusher mid-day anyway, so it is not a problem. The packaging features a little mirror inside, making the application on the go hassle free.
The formula is enriched with mango butter to leave your skin feeling soft, apricot extracts to give you a healthy glow and poppy extracts to provide second-skin feel.

The shades include:
01 Nude Velvet - a delicate peach, with a matte finish. It looks very natural and it is my favourite from the bunch.
02 Healthy Glow - a beautiful and vibrant coral with a healthy glow effect. It looks amazing on tanned skin.
03 Rose Tender- a rosy pink with a delicate pearl finish. It reflects light beautifully!
04 Sweet Cherry - a darker shade of pink, with brown undertones. It looks really nice paired with a dark nude lipstick. I have been wearing it with the Bourjois Rouge Edition Lipstick in shade 04 Rose Tweed.

Overall, I am blown away by the formula of Bourjois Cream Blushers. The packaging is cute, they are affordable, easy to apply and long lasting! If you are looking for cream blushers for summer, you can't go wrong with these and you will get a lot of use out of each colour. I am in love!
You can buy them from Selfridges, Boots and Superdrug.

ReplyDeleteI had a little play around with these in Superdrug the other day and I'm quite impressed. I'm not normally a fan of cream blushes but these felt really interesting and more like a powder finish. I think 2 is my favorite so far

I have always loved cream blushers and Bourjois powder blushers so when I found out that Bourjois was coming out with a range, I had a little squeal in front of my computer. Great review! Can't wait to pick these babies up when they arrive in Australia. x
