Balance Me Cleanse and Smooth Face Balm and Radiance Face Oil

I think that I found a perfect combo for dry skin. I have been suffering from dry and flaky skin for a couple of months and the long winter didn't help at all. I am glad to see the weather improving and I can't wait to stop using central heating!  The new combo I started using this week includes two Balance Me products: Cleanse and Smooth Face Balm and Radiance Face  Oil.

Sometimes less is more and I am seeing the effects already. I have been using the Cleanse and Smooth Face Balm, morning and night and it is just lovely. It feels similar to the Emma Hardie Moringa Balm, but it contains tiny particles  of oatmeal to gently exfoliate.  It melts in contact with skin and feels very luxurious. I really love using it and I can see why it is becoming so popular. I warm a small amount of the balm in my hands and gently massage my face and neck for a minute, adding some warm water half way through. To remove the residue and gently exfoliate, I use a muslin cloth soaked in warm water.

Cleanse and Smooth Face Balm is packed with amazing ingredients, like cocoa butter, rosehip, kukui nut, virgin coconut oil, arctic cloudberry, chamomile and red mandarin. It smells incredible, but not too strong and leaves my face clean, incredibly soft and nourished. It is one of the products I will definitely repurchase in the future and I am becoming seriously addicted to it. On "no makeup" and "light makeup" days, the balm is the only cleansing product I use, which is totally new to me because I usually double cleanse. When I wear a lot of makeup, I remove it with Liz Earle Cleanse and Polish and follow with the Balance Me Face Balm.  There is no need for toner in this case, but sometimes I can't resist using it :)

After cleansing in the morning, I apply "Firm, Baby, Firm Serum" (review coming soon) and Liz Earle moisturiser, but at night I only use the Radiance Face Oil. I have many oils to choose from, but this week I have been reaching for the one from Balance Me. Why?  Because it really helps to heal breakouts. It is a blend of softening Amazonian Buruti, Moringa and Camellia Oils, Roman Chamomile, Yarrow and Benzoin.

The Radiance Face Oil is very light and helps to balance the skin. It hydrates and protects and is recommended for all skin types. I was scared that oils will make my face more oily, but it is just a myth! I can't imagine my skincare routine without a relaxing face massage with a gorgeous oil!

  1. I've heard some pretty good things about the balance me range. I've tried one of their cleansers once and didn't really warm to it :/ I love the idea of the face oil though, I think I need to give this brand another go! :)
