Quick review: MAC Viva Glam Nicki

I really like MAC lipsticks and I bought this one a couple of months ago, because every penny from the sale goes to charity helping women, men and kids affected by HIV and AIDS.

I really wanted a bright pink from MAC, but I wasn't sure what to get.
Viva Glam Nicki is a bright/neon pink and it looks lovely in the bullet.
It is very pigmented and one swipe straight from the bullet gives opaque coverage.
Once applied it is quite disappointing. It is very hard to work with and feels extremely drying.
It exaggerates dry patches on my lips, making them look horrible and I do not like it at all.
It is a shame, because I really wanted to love this lippie.
I see it on blog sales very often  and I sold mine as well.
I only used it twice, so I hope that the new owner likes it.
I know that there are fans of MAC's satin formula out there, but I am not one of them.

I don't know a lot about MAC products and I am still learning about all the formulas etc.
I am not planning to spend a lot of money on their products any time soon but I do own a couple of gems from MAC and I absolutely adore them, including sculpting creams, lipsticks and the newest addition to my tiny MAC collection - Mineralize Skinfinish in Soft & Gentle.

Do you own Viva Glam Nicki? Do you like it?
