Glamglow Gravitymud review

I love a good face mask and unless you've been living under a rock, you will know that Glamglow does face masks really, really well! I adore their original Youthmud and the Supermud clearing treatment, so my expectations were pretty high when I gave the Glamglow Gravitymud*(£42.00) a go. Was it love at first try though?

The GRAVITYMUD firming treatment comes in a big presentation box with a handy little brush included to help you apply the mask neatly. Most peel off masks are quite messy, so the brush makes the application easier.

Gravitymud is a peel off treatment mask and it changes colour from white to a very cool silver/chrome, making me feel like a futuristic robot, haha.  The magic ingredients in this mask are TEAOXI™ Marshmallow and Liquorice Leaf, which work in synergy to combat loss of elasticity.

You simply apply a generous, even layer to clean skin with the little brush, avoiding eyebrows and hairline and leave it on for 20-30 minutes till it dries completely and is ready to peel off. My usual mistake is using too little product making the mask harder to peel off, so make sure to be more generous with the amount you use. You don't wash this mask off, as you want the ingredients to remain on the skin after you peel it off, so aim for clean lines and a thick layer.

You will notice the results as soon as you peel the mask off. Your skin will feel firmer and more lifted and it will have a lovely glow! It's incredible! Not sure how it works on dry skin, but it works wonders on my combination skin and I am sure it will be fab for oily and normal skin as well.

Overall, it's a fantastic mask, if your skin needs a quick fix. It's quite pricey, but one jar should be enough for 10 applications (my guess), so not that bad actually if you calculate the cost per each use, especially if you get it on offer.

You can buy Glam Glow products from and other stockists.

If you want to try it without committing to a full size jar, Lookfantastic have the 15g size for £13.25 with free delivery HERE. Baragain!

Have you tried any of the Glam Glow masks?
