I very rarely wear smart clothes, but I really wanted to try something different and inject more colour into my wardrobe. I picked the Joanna Hope Blouse with PU Trim Collar* (£27.00) and Nightingales PU Pencil Skirt* (£33.00) and I styled them in two ways.
Both pieces are from the Lorraine Kelly for JD Williams collection (who become their Brand Ambassador recently) and are more mature and elegant than my everyday style. As a busy mum, I don't get to dress like this too often, so I really enjoyed this small change :)
On the photo above, I am wearing the cobalt shirt and PU skirt with my ASOS Boucle Blazer, New Look Heels*, my gorgeous Ted Baker Layally Bag and D&G Sunglasses*.
The PU detail on the collar and the buttons is gorgeous and goes perfectly with the PU skirt.
I got a big felt hat to wear with my outfits in Autumn. (it's an ebay bargain, only £8.29 with free UK delivery HERE).
I also love the way the shirt and skirt look with my New Look Leather Jacket* and a cobalt blue clutch bag.
I must admit, I wore the heels to make the outfit look a bit more elegant. I would normally go out in my John Lewis Hope Mid Heel Chelsea Boots. They are really comfy and more Autumn appropriate.
