Green and turquoise glitter nails: Catrice ACid/DC + Essence Edward

I love the names of both nail polishes I used today! I love when nail polishes have got quirky, funny, interesting names. It makes me want to buy them more. Today I am wearing Catrice ACid/DC no 810 and Essence Edward-06- a glitter topper from a twin set. The Catrice nail lacquer glides on beautifully and smoothly! I love the formula and I only needed one coat to get a nice opaque colour. I can't wait to try more polishes form Catrice.
I got both of them from Ana in my swap package, if you want to have a look, here is a link to my swap post. Again, if you have got an opportunity to swap with somebody from another country, go for it! :) It is  a great experience.

Deborah Lippmann Happy Birthday + Rimmel London Clouds

Hello everyone!
Another post with pictures taken with my digital camera :/ I can't believe I haven't received my new card yet. Anyway... I bought a set of Deborah Lippmann polishes "Get This Party Started" a couple of weeks ago and I have been trying different manicures with it. My favourite must be Happy Birthday over a white base. It looks lovely. The set wasn't a great purchase, but I will do a seperate post about it.
PS. Excuse my cuticles :/

WARNING! GLITTER ADDICTION!

I became obsessed with glitter on  my nails, so here is a late night manicure for all the night owls :) and for my readers from other time zones than UK :)

I also wanted to add a little bit of glitter removal advise: use a cotton wool pad soaked in nail polish remover and keep it on your nail for at least 30 seconds before you start rubbing the nail polish off.
It will minimise damage to your nails. Glitter is a BAD! ;) But I can't resist it!

BLACK CHERRIES, GLITTER & NEW RINGS

I love colours that just take your breath away. Sometimes I am very satisfied with 2 coats of one colour on my nails but most of the time I like to add a little sparkle or crackle effect.
I wasn't 100% sure about the Rimmel nail polish on its own. The colour looks exactly like black cherries  so the name was a perfect choice :) I decided that I want the colour more intense and rich so I applied a coat of glittery Deborah Lippmann Razzle Dazzle :) I also used 2 little hearts from the most adorable nail polish ever- Nicole by OPI Step 2 the B of My Heart.
And obviously- a top coat to finish it off.
I am very happy with the final effect. I am wearing my new rings. The gold flower with a purple stone is made by me :) and the double moustache ring is from ebay.

GOLD AND GLITTERY NAILS.

Just a quick post today as my laptop is dead! The power adapter melted on my sofa!!! It could have ended badly, but we spotted it before it was too late. I am still in shock... Anyway... Enough drama...

I am experimenting with nail colour at the moment and I painted my nails with:Barry M foil effects in gold-320 & Mavala in sparkling gold-227

Here is the final effect:

silver foil nails with gold glitter+new rings

I used Barry M foil effects in silver and Mavala in sparkling gold.
I also used a few crystals on my thumb.
The rings I am wearing are from ebay.
What do you think about the gold nail ring? I am not too sure bout it. I wouldn't normally wear this amount of jewellery :) haha. I just wanted to show you all my new purchases.

NAILS- natural with a glittery twist

I love french manicure but it usually doesn't last long and (the tricky part) its hard to do it yourself... :)
Thats why I came up with a simple idea for a natural look with a little sparkle :)
I love the final effect.

I used my favourite make of nail polish to do this look- MAVALA.
The bottles are small but sooo cute :)

1.Apply 2 coats of Reno-91
2.Apply one coat of gold sparkle-227 on the tips
3.Apply more gold sparkle on the tips to make it stand out more.
