I love Bourjois - I really, really do! Their bases and concealers are regular repurchases for me and the lip products are some of my all time favourite formulas and colours. The new 12 Hour Lipsticks* wowed me as well and I can't get enough of the nude shades. There is also a shade revival of Pamplemousse, back by popular demand.

The formula of Rouge Edition 12 Hour Lipsticks is incredible - it is very velvety and simply glides onto the lips. The lippies give a semi-matte finish and last on the lips for 6-8 hours, except the red, which actually lasts for almost 12 hours on me due to the insane pigmentation. The lipsticks have a creamy texture and the formula contains shea butter and colour-fixing silk powders to make your lips feel super soft.

There are 6 shades in the new range:
28 Pamplemousse - a frosty coral
30 Prune Afterwork - plummy nude
31 Beige Shooting- light/medium nude
32 Rose Vanity - light pink/medium pink
34 Cherry My Cherie - intense red
35 Entry VIP - raspberry

I am in love with the formula of these and my favourite shade is 30 Prune Afterwork. It is simply stunning and perfect for Autumn.

Prune Afterwork is stunning! I really do like these lipsticks from Bourjois, I have one in a peach shade which has a beautiful texture and finish.

I have never forgiven Bourjois for discontinuing those velvet lip creams as they brought out new lip products but never a shade that was close to my favourite but prune afterwork looks like it could be similiar. Looking forward to swatching them in store!
ReplyDeleteJust used your post to buy Prune Afterwork, so excited to get it! x
