Neom Perfect Night's Sleep Set Review: Tranquility Candle, Bath Foam and Room Mist

Getting a good night's sleep is very important to me and I cannot function properly, if I don't get a minimum of 8 hours. I try to go to bed around 23.00 and I am woken up by my 2 year old toddler between 8.00-9.00 in the morning. I know... I should feel lucky :) haha. I am extremely grateful for having such a good sleeper. One thing stopping me from drifting off to sleep is anxiety. To deal with it, I have been using Neom's Tranquility products with Lavender, known for it's sedative qualities.

During the month of September Neom teamed up with with The Sleep Council and brought out the Perfect Night's Sleep Kit with an easy to follow 3-step guide, using Neom's products from the Tranquility range. I was kindly sent three travel sized products from the collection to try out, but the Perfect Night's Sleep Kit consists of a full size Tranquility Bath Foam, a full size Tranquility Home Candle and a full size Tranquility Room Mist. All that for only £55.00, instead of £75.50. It is a limited edition offer, available only during the month of September.

I must admit, the blend of Lavender, Sweet Basil and Jasmine worked wonders on me and for the past 2 weeks, I have been sleeping like a baby :) All you have to do is relax and breathe in the aroma. Here is how I do it:

1. To start my new bedtime routine, I light the Neom Tranquility Candle* and get on with my skincare regime.  I remove my makeup and cleanse my face and every second day I also apply a face mask. Once my face is totally clean, I apply a Toner, Serum, Moisturiser, Eye Cream etc, etc... I like to take my time. It usually takes me 20-30 minutes, unless it is my weekend pamper night, which takes up 1-2 hours :) Candles are essential for a pamper night and the Tranquility blend is perfect.

2. I only take baths at the weekend, so the Tranquility Bath Foam* hasn't been my daily treat, but when I use it, it puts me in a 'relaxed mode' and I am ready for bed in no time. It is SLS free, but foams up really well and the essential oils fill the bathroom with an amazing scent.

3. The last step is my favourite! It is so simple, yet very, very effective! I spritz my pillow with the Neom Tranquility Mist* when I am ready for bed, get comfy, close my eyes and breathe in the aroma. If you can't afford the full  3-Step Kit, I would go for the mist, as it works wonders.

The Perfect Night's Sleep Set costs £55 and you can buy it here.
