The Aromatherapy Associates De-Stress Muscle Bath &Shower Oil is my first full size bottle of AA goodness. I must admit, I am in love with the design of the bottle. It is really simple, but looks beautiful and elegant and comes in a lovely lilac box.
The De-Stress Muscle oil is warming and helps ease aches and pains. It contains Lavender, Rosemary, Ginger and Black Pepper and is a perfect blend for a relaxing bath after a long workout or a stressful day. It is also recommended for de-stressing your body after spending too long in the same position. The scent is very relaxing and therapeutic and would be perfect for those who love lavender.
You get 55ml of the oil for £39.00, so it is quite pricey, but if you want to add a little bit of luxury to your bath/shower routine, you won't regret spending so much on this product. One capful is enough for each use and there is enough oil for 20 experiences. I prefer using it in the shower, because I can't seem to find enough time for a proper pamper night anymore. I smooth the oil allover my body before showering and it leaves my skin really soft without the horrible residue, I get from cheaper oils.
