LUXBOX review

I love beauty boxes, but after the "Glossybox fiasco" I unsubscribed from all of them. I have heard about Luxbox before, so I was happy to try it and share my opinion. The first box landed on my doorstep on Monday and I really like it. The packaging is lovely and there is a product variety. I remember getting two body lotions in one box before, well in my LuxBox all the products were totally different and one of them really surprised me :)

I tried a shower gel from FAB before and I really liked it, so I was happy to see this brand in the box. This moisturiser is very light weight and absorbs quickly, perfect if you have got oily/combination skin. At the moment this is exactly what I need , because my skin became more oily and I am getting more breakouts. I hope that this cream will keep my skin under control. I used it a couple of times and It really helps with my oily t-zone. The sample is a generous size and will last for over  a month.

I was very happy to see this little trio from Green People in the box. I really like this brand and always wanted to try their makeup. As you can see the colour payoff isn't amazing, but all the shades are suitable for a daytime make-up look. If you like neutral, delicate earthy colours this set will be perfect for you. I would recommend using a primer and if you want the colours to be more intense- a wet  brush. I photographed swatches for you, so you can see the difference in intensity of the colours used on their own and with a wet brush. I will definitely use this trio for daytime looks and I am glad I received this product. It is full size and it is worth £18.40.

Murad Time Release Acne Cleanser full size 200ml £29.00 (30ml sample worth £4.35)
"Now you can fight two stubborn skin concerns at the same time with the first patented time-release Anti-Ageing Blemish regimen clinically proven to reduce blemishes while diminishing fine lines and wrinkles. This high-performance solution includes an innovative anti-blemish treatment technology that continues to work even after you rinse it off. Breakouts and wrinkles wont stand a chance! Massage a small amount over dampened face and neck. Rinse with warm water and pat dry."

This cleanser came at a perfect time! I am suffering from breakouts at the moment and I needed a new cleanser for acne prone skin. I used it a couple of times and it definitely helps to reduce the redness and speeds up the healing process. I haven't noticed any new breakouts since I started using it, so I really hope it can make my skin looking good again. I don't know what's going on with my face at the moment- I think it's hormones and a change in my diet that are causing the breakouts.

Delicious Teeth Tooth Cleanser full size 100ml £3.99

This product was a surprise. I didn't expect a toothpaste in a beauty box, but I am quite happy with it.
I will definitely make good use out of it. I got the English Peppermint variety and it is really nice. It tastes slightly sweet and leaves my teeth very clean. It is great at removing plaque and the aftertaste is very pleasant. I think I will buy more flavours in the future :) I am very intrigued by the Sicilian Lemon and can't wait to try it.
