Wishlist: Designer Sunglasses

Sunglasses are an essential accessory all year round to protect our eyes from damaging effects of the sun, but do you really wear them every single day? I need to admit, I don't wear them all the time, but when the sun is shining I will definitely have a pair of sunglasses on my nose. I have got quite a big selection of sunglasses in my collection, from cheap ones to designer ones. The most important thing is to make sure they have got appropriate filters. This season you can go for any shape or colour you like, they are all "in fashion" and nobody is going to laugh at you... even if you wear the John Lennon hippie type :) Here is a selection of designer sunglasses from www.redhotsunglasses.co.uk.Some of them are in the Mens category, but I would be more than happy to wear them. All the designs are beautiful, but D&G and Alexander McQueen ones are definitely my favourites.

NOTD: CIATE PAINT POTS POM POM 084

I swatched many nail polishes recently, including this Ciate Paint Pot :) It is a beautiful and glossy bright red with orange undertones. The name of this nail varnish is Pom Pom :) I needed 2 coats to get an opaque finish and it was 100% streak free. I will be painting my nails with this colour again at the weekend- fingers and toes :)

"Think St. Tropez, sunshine, a cocktail in one hand and magazine in the other. Hot, sexy and vibrant, this rich mandarin red only needs a bikini, oversized shades and floppy sun hat to accessorize this perfect sunshine colour."

Review: Liz Earle Lash Definition Smudgeproof Mascara in Black

When it comes to mascara I buy a new one every 3-6 months for hygiene reasons. I don't want to get a nasty eye infection again. It happened to me before and I spent Christmas 2010 looking very unattractive, with a swollen eye and in tears. Remember ladies - Don't use old mascara!!!
Today I am reviewing the Lash Definition Smudgeproof Mascara from the Liz Earle Colour Collection.

Liz Earle Lash Definition Smudgeproof Mascara in Black* 8ml £14.50 link
"Our unique mascara is water-resistant, flake-free and long-lasting, and glides on smoothly to perfectly define each lash. The specially designed brush allows you to make the most of even the shortest lashes, helping to create length and definition. Enriched with natural source vitamin E.
Our multi award-winning Cleanse & Polish Hot Cloth Cleanser gently and swiftly removes all traces of face and eye make up, including our water-resistant mascara. Available in two shades."

This mascara is perfect if you are looking for more volume and length at the same time, without looking unnatural. It gives my lashes nice definition and doesn't go clumpy. I got it in Black, but it is also available in Brown. It stays on my lashes all day, without flaking or smudging and holds the curl quite well. My lashes are very dark and thick naturally, so I only need 2 coats to get the desired volume. I always apply one coat, let it dry and apply another thick coat. This mascara is waterproof and enriched with vitamin E. It is easy to remove with any eye make-up remover but I would recommend Liz Earle Cleanse and Polish - it is very gentle and suitable for sensitive eyes.

GORGEOUS BAGS featuring Michael Kors, Paul Smith and Marc Jacobs

Hello everyone! Happy MONDAY!
I mentioned before that I am addicted to handbags. I own over 50 of them and I am running out of space. It doesn't stop me from buying more though :) I look for any excuse to buy a new bag. I was browsing through Jules B website and I found beautiful Michael Kors and Paul Smith bags. To be honest, I didn't know that Michael Kors designs beauties like this. The striped Paul Smith bags would be perfect  for  a holiday.
I also went back to Cruise website and noticed Marc Jacobs handbags on sale.
I always dreamed of the Petal To The Metal Nude Natasha Bag. It is such a beautiful, feminine design. The bowling bags are lovely too, I already own a gorgeous Gucci monogram bowling bag in white and red and it is one of my favourite handbags. The pink and coral tote bags would be perfect for a holiday. They are very spacious and the colours are vibrant and summery. Are you a fan of designer bags?

NOTD: Essence Glamorous Life 91

Another swatch from my collection. A gorgeous vibrant pink with a little bit of pink shimmer. I really like Essence nail polishes, they only need one coat and don't chip for at least 3 days. It's a shame they are not available in UK. They cost less than £1 a bottle! I was lucky to receive some from lovely Ana a while ago when we did a beauty swap :) have you tried Essence before?
