Clarins Autumn 2014 Collection

Clarins never fail to impress me with their stunning makeup and each collection has a special place in my heart. I simply adore their formulas and packaging and I recommend them to absolutely everyone! The Autumn lineup consists of the new Ombre Matte Eyeshadows, a Brow Kit, Instant Light Eye Perfecting Base, Limited Edition 3 Dot Liner in Brown, True Radiance Foundation, an Eyeshadow Quartet and 5 new shades of Rouge Eclat Lipstick.

Clarins Lip Balm Crayons Summer 2014

Clarins Lip Balm Crayons* (£18.00 each)

I love easy to wear lip colours that don't require a mirror and a steady hand for even application. The new Lip Balm Crayons by Clarins tick all the boxes and I have been using them a lot since they landed on my desk. They have the most gorgeous texture, that feels like a super hydrating lip balm, but they also provide lovely colour and shine. Perfect!

Clarins Opalescence Collection for Spring 2014

Spring makeup is all about a fresh, radiant complexion, juicy lips and beautifully flushed cheeks. As usual, Clarins didn't disappoint and covered every single aspect of Spring beauty in their stunning new Opalescence collection. The new releases for Spring 2014 include: four cream blushers, an eyeshadow quartet, face & blush palette, 3 new shades of Joli Rouge Brilliant Perfect Shine Sheer Lipstick, 2 new lip gloss shades and a single eyeshadow. There are two more product launching along with the new collection as well: Instant Light Boosting Radiance Complexion Base in three shades and Extra-Comfort Anti-Pollution Cleansing Cream.

Highlighting Concealer Pens

Highlighting concealer pens are probably one of my favourite beauty inventions ever! They are super easy to use, perfect for a touch up on the go and totally hassle free. I have a nice selection of these in my makeup stash, from drugstore to high end. Most of them are 2 in 1 products and help to conceal and highlight at the same time. I really like the pens I have tried so far and I think that every girl needs at least one in her makeup bag.

Clarins The Essentials Eye Makeup Palette

Another neutral eye shadow palette? Well... The Essentials Eye Makeup Palette by Clarins is different. It was created to make your eyes look amazing, while supporting human rights and the environment. Clarins has joined forces with Pur Project and they promised to plant 10,000 trees to help revive the Kuntanawa culture. As someone who studied (and is passionate about )cultural anthropology, I feel very strongly about preserving and reviving vanishing cultures, so it makes me really happy to see Clarins engaging in such a great cause. Well done! But what do I think about The Essentials Eye Makeup Palette itself? Let's find out.

Clarins Extra Comfort Foundation & Instant Concealer - review and swatches

Just when I thought that I can't love Clarins more than I already do, they brought out the most amazing foundation and concealer. I am absolutely blown away by both products and I have been reaching for them a lot in September. I love everything about them - the formula, the finish and the way they feel on my skin.

Autumn Eye Shadow Palettes: Urban Decay, The Balm, Clarins, Barry M, MUA, Laura Mercier, Eye Of Horus

Autumn is probably my favourite 'makeup season' and as soon as the weather becomes a bit chilly, I find myself reaching for eye shadow palettes on a daily basis. They all deserve more love and I always  feel horrible about neglecting them (a tiny bit) in Spring/Summer. I went through my eye shadow stash and picked some gorgeous palettes with earthy, brown and golden shades. I love warm eyes in Autumn, especially with a touch of burgundy or green.

Clarins Instant Light Natural Lip Perfectors - review and swatches

Clarins Instant Light Natural Lip Perfectors*  £17.00 each

Clarins are one of my favourite brands and I adore their makeup and skincare. One of their most hyped up products is the Instant Light Natural Lip Perfector - a unique lip product, designed to make your lips look super plump and beautiful. After trying out three shades, I totally get the hype and I am officially addicted to the formula!

Exfoliating Toners: Clarins Gentle Exfoliator and REN Clarifying Toning Lotion Review

I couldn't be more excited to write this post! The products I am about to review made a massive difference to my skin and I have never experienced such a dramatic change! I am sure that you are familiar with some exfoliating toners, especially the "hard to get" Biologique Recherche Lotion P50 or Pixi Glow Tonic. I wish I could purchase them easily, but to be honest... I am not so determined to get my hands on them anymore and I am happy with my current toner routine. My skin has been transformed, thanks to REN Clarifying Toning Lotion and Clarins Gentle Exfoliator.

Clarins mineral eyeshadow 01 White Sparkle review

CLARINS Ombre MinĂ©rale Eye Shadow 01 White Sparkle* 2g £16.00 link

"Delivers smooth, long-lasting, intense colour. Its ultra soft mineral texture can be applied wet or dry, to beautifully enhance the eyes with a matte, satin or shimmer finish."

I am always looking for the perfect white eyeshadow and I think I just found exactly what I was looking for.
Clarins Ombre Minerale Eyeshadow in shade 01 White Sparkle is a perfect eye highlighter colour.

White Sparkle is a shimmery white shade, sheer if applied lightly, but buildable if you apply more layers or use a wet applicator. You can see the difference between dry and wet application in my swatches.
It is  a perfect colour for the inner corner of the eye to illuminate and make eyes appear bigger.
I also use it under the brow bone or layer it on top of other eyeshadows to add a bit of sparkle.
It feels very light on my eyelids, stays put all day without a primer and the overall quality is absolutely  amazing. I also love the beautiuful design of all Clarins eyeshadows. Who wouldn't? :)

All Clarins eyeshadows are ophthalmologically and dermatologically tested and suitable for sensitive eyes.
If you are looking for long lasting luxury eyeshadows you will fall in love Clarins

You can find my previous review of a gorgeous Clarins Eye Quartet here.

Glossybox the Harrods Edition

First of all, I want to explain my adventure with Glossybox. I got the subscription as a gift from my husband and he was willing to pay for it every month. I was very happy and excited when I got my first two boxes, than I got the third box and I noticed that the goodies were getting worse with each box... so I cancelled my subscription and told my husband that I will subscribe to another box. A week later I found out that the next box will be a special edition- HARRODS edition! I knew it was going to be a great box, so I subscribed again :) and I am very happy with the contents. I have seen other bloggers getting a cute mini Burberry lipstick and I really really wanted it, but unfortunately it didn't happen.
Here is what I got:

1.Bliss Blood Orange and White Pepper Body Butter.
Deeply moisturizing, skin softening, naturally rejuvenating body butter in mouth watering blood orange and white pepper. RRP-£20.50-200ml

2.Versace Vanitas Eau De Parfum.
A luxurious scent from the house of Versace. Vanitas is a rich and voluptuous fragrance with notes of tiare flower, lime and freesia.

3.Lancome Teint Miracle.
Natural light creator. Bare skin perfection. Light is not only reflected on the surface: it is also re-emitted from within the skin. I don't need to test it.
It is my Holy Grail foundation. I have been using it for the past 2 years and I love it!

It is light, it has spf 15 and makes my skin look flawless! RRP-£27- 30ml

4.Clarins Extra Firming Body Cream.
A formula rich in regenerating and firming plant extracts which restore the skin's youthful density and elasticity.
It smells nice and fresh and it is a good size sample. I like Clarins products so I am very pleased that I got this cream. RRP-£39.50-200ml

5.Revive Intensite Creme Lustre SPF30.
An intensive, firming moisturizer that helps to reduce the appearance of sagging skin.
This product costs £235 for 60 ml, among it the most luxurious sample in the box.
I can't wait to test it.
