Nails Inc Spring/Summer 2014

I really like the formula of Nails Inc polishes and their Summer 2014 collection is right up my street. I love pinks and glitter top coats and I think that they are a perfect combination for a girly manicure with a bit of sparkle. They also released a fantastic latex effect formula and just like their leather effect polish - it is amazing!

New Year's Eve Nails- Orly Rage

I have been looking for the perfect rose gold shade all year and I finally found it, thanks to lovely Gemma (aka Miss Makeup Magpie). She blogged about some Orly bargains from Fragrance Direct and I ordered the rose gold shade immediately. It is absolutely beautiful and I chose it as my New Year's Eve nail colour this year.

Sparkly Nails - Nicole By OPI - Candy Is Dandy

I have been really busy recently and I totally forgot about my usual Sunday Manicure post. Oooops  :) I had some time to myself today though and I gave one my new nail polishes a go. I was lucky to win a bundle of amazing goodies from Daily Mix TV in their 1st Birthday Giveaway and the prize included this gorgeous, sparkly nail polish in a very girly, pink colour.

Sunday Manicure: Deborah Lippmann Run, Run Rudolph

I picked up a couple of full size Deborah Lippmann Nail Polishes from TKmaxx recently and they were an absolute bargain. I got a set of three for £5 (without boxes)  and another set of three for £8 (boxed) I got two bottles of the orange and nude, so I might use them as stocking fillers or giveaway prizes :) Anyway... My favourite colour from the bunch is Run, Run Rudolf! It is a perfect festive red, with a little bit of sparkle and the name couldn't be more appropriate for a Christmas manicure :) I am sure it was part of last years Holiday Collection.

Sunday Manicure: Impress Press-On Nails

Impress Press-On Manicure

I found these in my Latest In Beauty Stocking* on Friday and I couldn't wait to give them a go. I have been meaning to buy a pack of Impress Nails since they launched, but they used to be quite expensive, so I quickly forgot about them :) The design I got is a bit crazy, but... I really like it.

Monochrome Manicure with Leighton Denny

This little set is an absolute bargain, especially for those who are looking for the perfect white nail polish or simply want to try the monochrome trend. For only £14.00 you get two full size Leighton Denny nail polishes - Pure Creation and Maneater - saving £8.00 in total. Pretty good deal in my opinion. The duo is my first experience with Leighton Denny  nail polishes and I must admit - I am really impressed.

Sunday Manicure: Essie 'Some Like It Haute' Nail Stickers

I haven't mastered nail wrap application yet, but practise makes perfect and I am not planning to give up. I found these Essie 'Some Like It Haute' Nail Stickers while organising my nail polish drawers and I though I should give them a go, before the glue dries up. I got them in the Latest In Beauty Summer Nails Box a couple of months ago and totally forgot about them.

Sunday Manicure: Etude House Minnie Mouse Top Coats

I couldn't resist ordering some Minnie Top Coats from Etude House a couple of weeks ago and I must admit- they are as cute as I imagined them to be :) I ordered two variations - Minnie White Face and Minnie Pink Ribbon (approx. £3.50 each). They both look totally different in the bottle, but once applied over the same nail colour, they look quite similar.

Sunday Manicure: Yummy Mummy

If I had to pick one nail colour to wear for the rest of my life, it would be Yummy Mummy by Butter London. It is the perfect nude shade and it compliments my skin tone beautifully, even with a bit of fake tan on :)

Barry M Matte Nail Paints and Textured Glitters

I love Barry M Nail Paints and I always buy some new colours when I am in Boots or Superdrug. At £2.99-£3.99 they are a steal. The newest additions to the Barry M family are their Matte & Textured Glitter Nail Paints in some fabulous colours.

I just can't get enough of... Mint Green Nail Polish

When I was organising my nail polish collection, I realised that I have many variations of a pastel green colour aka 'mint green'. I absolutely love this shade on my nails and my favourite and most used one is still Essie's Mint Candy Apple. I adore the way it looks against every skin tone. I wear it when I am pale or tanned and it is perfect. It is the only nail colour I used up and repurchased!

Sunday Manicure: The one I didn't like

Hi everyone. I hope you are having a lovely Sunday. Today's manicure is the one I was excited to try but... it turns out that we were not made for each other. It looks interesting, but I couldn't stand the feeling of it on my nails.

Sunday Manicure: Rose Petals

I thought it was time to try something different on my nails. My beautiful pink roses were dying, so I used the petals to create this unusual manicure. It isn't perfect, but the effect is very pretty in real life.

Sunday Manicure: Floral nail art with Bourjois Dotting Tool

Hi everyone. I hope you had a lovely weekend. I was very busy redecorating our bedroom and I can't wait to share the outcome with you next week :) I am still waiting for a couple of things to be delivered, but it all looks really nice already.

Anyway... :) This weeks manicure is a mixture of pastels and florals with a touch of red. I tried to match my nails to one of my cardigans :) haha. I used Essie's Mint Candy Apple, Bond With Whomever, Hip-Anema and a Bourjois Dotting Tool*.

Sunday Manicure and Accessorize Rock Star Gift Set

I recently ordered a super cheap Accessorize Rock Star Gift Set from Superdrug and it came with some lovely nail polishes. I have no idea what the shades are called,  because there is no info on the bottles or the packaging, but... they are beautiful! One bottle costs £4, if bought separately, but if you buy a gift set, you get everything for a fraction of the retail price.

Essie Haul: Spring 2013 and some popular shades

Hi everyone. I am sure that every beauty blogger knows about the £1.99 Essie nail polishes from Fragrance Direct, but... I had to share my finds. They were such a  bargain! I wrote a similar post last year and I still can't figure out how can FD sell Essie for the fraction of the retail price. Anyway... I check the website regularly to see, if they have any new colours available and when I noticed the full Spring 2013 Collection in stock... I ordered every single shade. I have been lusting after  Avenue Maintain, Maximillian Strasse Her and Madison Ave-Hue for months and they are finally mine! I also bought some other colours, including Bikini So Teeny, Fear & Desire and Off The Shoulder.

Sunday Manicure: Nails Inc Notting Hill

If you follow me on instagram, you might have seen this gorgeous nail polish already. I received it in the Latest In Beauty Summer Nails Box last week and I am in love with the colour! I still can't believe that I managed to get my mitts on this fabulous box. I was on the reservation list for nearly two months! There is no point to review it, as it was a limited edition box and it is sold out now, but if you would like to see all the contents of the box, you can find a fab review on Kayleigh's blog here

Back to the nails. The nail colour I am wearing is from Nails Inc and it is called Notting Hill.

Ciate Megaphone Corrupted Neon Manicure Kit Review and Giveaway

I mentioned in one of my recent posts, that I have been experimenting with various nail art trends this summer. The latest addition to my nail polish collection is the Ciate Corrupted Neon Manicure Kit. I opted for the yellow combo called Megaphone and it consists of: a Yellow Taxi Paint Pot, Megaphone Glitter Topping and Black Light UV Top Coat. The Corrupted Neon Collection is available in four colour combinations:

Sunday Manicure: Bourjois Laser Manicure Toppings

I have been experimenting with the new Bourjois Laser Manicure Toppings* (£5.99) in the past week and I quite like the effect I can achieve with just one coat. The range consists of three shades: Blue Neon, Aqua Purple and Sun Scales and the last one is definitely my favourite.

Sunday Manicure: Barry M Pink Flamingo and Butter London West End Wonderland

When I was reading last month's Allure magazine, I was inspired to paint my nails with one of the color combinations, suggested in an article about nail trends for summer.
