Urban Decay Gwen Stefani Lipsticks

I already reviewed two pieces from the UD X Gwen collection, but today I have the final instalment for you - the lippies! I have three out of the eight shades available and they are all stunning!

The Urban Decay Gwen Stefani Lipsticks*(£16.00) are of course a collab with Gwen herself and she had a lot of input in the full process. The packaging is stunning, featuring a black and gold geometric pattern.

The six shades range from a bright red matte to a sheer nude, offering something for everyone.

I have three of the shades to show you:

Ex-Girlfriend - shimmering sheer nude
714 - a bright matte red with a new 'mega matte formula'
Rock Steady - dark burgundy with a cream finish

All of the  shades feature Urban Decay’s unique Pigment Infusion System to ensure a creamy texture and a great colour payoff.

Out of all of the shades, 714 is the most interesting, as it is mega matte and sooo, soo pigmented! I apply it with a lip brush onto previously moisturised lips and it stays put for 8h+! Amazing! It adheres to the lips like crazy! I wouldn't recommend it for dry lips though.

My favourite shade out of the three I had a chance to try is Ex Girlfriend, as it is a perfect everyday nude shade. It's more sheer than I expected, but paired with a nude liner, it is stunning! It also feels very moisturising on the lips.

The dark burgundy shade Rock Steady is super vampy and long lasting, but not as amazing as 714. It lasted on me for 4-5 hours and left a stain for further 2-3 hours.
