Products you can now buy at Boots

Boots occasionally send me their 'beauty boxes' full of products available in their stores and I absolutely love trying everything they choose. I often get asked if the boxes are available to buy, but just to clarify - these are just put together for review purposes to showcase a range of items.  They are great though, as I can now share my opinion on the products with my readers. The selection this time is quite varied - from teeth whitening strips, to hair supplements, skincare and nails.

I was very excited to try the strips, as they are peroxide free and enamel-friendly. They didn't irritate my super sensitive teeth, so it's all good. Designed to safely remove stains and whiten your natural teeth, the strips are super easy to use. You simply place the sticky strips on your teeth, leave them on for 30 minutes and you're done. I do 20 minutes, because I am paranoid that my teeth will get sensitive, but I must admit- my teeth looked whiter after just one use. Thumbs up from me!  If you want more cosmetic dentistry, All-On-4 is a revolutionary way to get the dental implants you need in just one surgery without the need to graft. And the best thing is the procedure only uses four implants instead of up to eight to replace a full arch cheaper and faster.

I have a huge selection of detangling brushes, but paddle designs are probably my favourite to hold. The Wet brush features IntelliFlex bristles to gently detangle hair, SofTips to ensure your scalp doesn't get irritated, plus it works great on wet and dry hair. I really like it and it is perfect for my sensitive scalp and messy hair that gets tangled easily.

Remember when everyone was dying to get some EOS lip balms? I got one in a US makeup swap and I was soo excited! Now, you can buy a big selection of EOS lip balms from Boots and this lovely Summer Fruit flavour is divine! Everyone needs one of these! They smell beautiful. are packed with antioxidant-rich vitamin E, soothing shea butter and jojoba oil and help to  keep my lips super soft, smooth and nourished

I actually reviewed this pencil here and I am still a big fan. It suits most skin tones and hair colours, as you can simply build it up to your liking.  I like the twist out design and the spoolie on it is great.

Egyptian Magic Cream* (£29.00)
I was very intrigued by this product as I love all purpose balms/creams. This one is made with Honey, Beeswax, Olive Oil, Royal Jelly, bee pollen & Bee Propolis and you can use it anywhere on your face and body, even in your hair. Some use it as a makeup primer or highlighter too. I am currently using it on my chapped lips and around my dry nose (thanks to a horrid flu I caught). It smells odd, but I can deal with that as it works wonders.

Probably the only product from the selection that didn't impress me. It's just too much hassle and you have to do one nail at the time. I tried the ombre technique and one colour dried before I managed to apply the other so they didn't blend at all. I love how glossy the finish is though. I might just have to find more time to figure it out.

Brow gels are a must have in my makeup bag and the Wunderbrow is a good one formula wise. I just wish it had a built-in spoolie. The separate brush is really annoying and far too big. Here's the jist about the formula: 'it contains an exclusive blend of hair-like fibers, combined with specially treated pigments designed to fasten onto skin and hair. This Hair Fiber Complex is then infused into a Permafix Gel that creates a flexible matrix, locking the natural color and fibers onto your brows'.

The way I like to apply it is with a very precise brush, creating hair like strokes directly on my skin, following with a tiny spoolie (from my Benefit Gimme Brow) to add volume to my brow hair. If the spoolie was built-in and smaller, it would be a real wonder product.

I am not sure if I can take these, as I am breastfeeding but I am going to ask my doctor. The Hairburst supplement is a premium mix of vitamins to help maintain healthy hair containing: Collagen, Siliica Biotin, Vitamins A, B, C, & D, BCAA's Folic & Pantothenic.  Have you tried it? Let me know if it worked for you.

So many exciting products! Make sure to check them out.
