I mentioned the Pur Minerals Secret Crush palette on my instagram a couple of times, but I am finally getting round to reviewing it. I also got a chance to try the Vixen Mascara and Double Ego Liner and I am really impressed with the quality.
The Secret Crush Palette* (£24.00) comes in a beautiful metal compact and with a brush and mirror inside. It contains 8 nicely pigmented eyeshadows, from matte to shimmers, all in very wearable neutral tones.
The colours include:
Whisper - Creamy nude.
Lust - Creamy nude with bronzed undertones.
Passion - Muted rose pink.
Muse - Rich chocolate with pink undertones.
Infatuation - Bright brown with golden undertones.
Admirer - Muted mocha brown.
Rendezvous - Matte deep brown.
Rumour - Deep blue/black with navy undertones.
The quality of the shadows is lovely, with great pigmentation and an easy to blend formula enriched with Minerals and Vitamin E to keep the delicate skin around your eyes nourished, even with makeup on. Perfect!
The Pur Minerals Double Ego Eyeliner* (£14.00) in shade Madagascar is a great option for those who find a black liner too harsh. I love black liners, but the khaki colour is a lovely soft option too. The formula of both the liner and pencil is nicely pigmented and easy to apply and lasts really well on the lids.
The Pur Minerals Vixen Mascara* (£15.00) adds amazing volume to the lashes and also holds the curl really well. The formula contains Keratin and Panthenol (vitamin B5) to nourish and condition lashes from root to tip, while 'ultra-light polymers' help to build up volume without clumping or weighing them down.
