I worked with Lactofree last year, so I was really excited to take part in their new challenge, making some yummy creations in the powerful Nutri Ninja*. I thought I will kick things off with a healthy and filling breakfast smoothie. It's important to start your day with a nutritious breakfast so don't go for low calorie options. You need energy!
My favourite combo to keep me going till lunch consists of : 1 banana, a handful of oats, handful of blueberries, some flax seeds, vanilla extract and milk. If you are lactose intolerant, use Lactofree* and if you are allergic to dairy, use Almond or Coconut Milk.
Place your berries, oats, seeds and banana in the blender.
Add some milk and a splash of vanilla extract.
Blend until smooth.
Serve in your favourite jar or glass, or simply drink it straight from the container. That's why I love the Nutri Ninja. It is less messy, than traditional blenders and you can put a lid on the container and take it with you. Fab!
