theBalm Balm Voyage Palette

I don't own a massive selection of theBalm products, but everything I have tried from them so far has been absolutely amazing, from stunning highlighters to buttery soft eye shadows. The newest addition to my makeup collection is the 'Balm Voyage' palette and I am slightly obsessed with it. The selection of eye shadows and lip/cheek colours is perfect and the formulas are a dream to apply.

The palette features 16 eye shadows, including various finishes (matte, frost, metallic etc) and three lip/cheek stains and it comes in very interesting packaging. The design is travel themed and the US passport illustration around the mirror inside is just awesome! There are separate flaps for the cream and powder products, to prevent any fallout ruining the lip/cheek stains. Perfect! Each shade is a decent size as well, especially the stains.

The eye shadows are very soft in texture, with slightly more fallout than the ones in theBalm Nude'tude Palette, but... they apply and blend beautifully and are super pigmented. Even the matte shades have amazing colour payoff. The lasting power is fantastic and with a primer, these last on my eyelids all day. The 16 eye shadow colours include:

A4 - black.dark grey with a little bit of purple shimmer and a satin finish.
B4 - dark brown with a pearly sheen.
C4 -warm toned brown with silver micro shimmer.
D4 - warm toned medium green with gold and green micro shimmer.
A3 - light silver/white with a slightly metallic finish
B3 - mauve with grey undertones and a matte finish.
C3 - warm toned medium brow with a matte finish.
D3 - golden beige with a metallic finish.
A2 - medium purple with pink undertones and a frost finish.
B2 - mint green with blue undertones and a frost finish.
C2 - dark teal with a matte finish and some teal micro shimmer visible with flash.
D2 - light  champagne/beige with a frost finish
A1 - mauve with a frost finish.
B1 - light matte beige
C1 - very light yellow gold with a frost finish.
D1 - intense yellow gold with a frost finish.

The lip and cheek stains are nicely pigmented and have a soft, slightly waxy texture. They can be applied with your fingers or various lip/face brushes. They last for around 4-5 hours as lip stains and for 8-10 hours as cheek stains. The three shades include: Second Officer (muted red), First Officer (peachy orange) and Captain (cool toned pink). They looks gorgeous on the lips and cheeks and you can either apply a very thin layer for a subtle wash of colour or build it up to get totally opaque coverage.

The necklace I am wearing on the photo above is an ebay bargain. I got it for £4.99 with free delivery HERE. There are other colours available as well (mine is Cyan).

Overall, the Balm Voyage Palette is incredible and very versatile and you get a lot for your money. I think that £35.00 for 16 big eye shadows and 3 big lip/cheek stains is fantastic, considering the amazing quality of theBalm products. I also adore the packaging. It's fun, but very sleek, which makes it perfect for travelling.
