Recent Beauty Purchases: Bourjois, Nuxe, Nails Inc, Bumble and Bumble, Origins, Liz Earle

I am trying to be sensible with money, but I couldn't resist a couple of bargains. I also had to stock up on some essentials, like Bourjois Nail Polish Remover, Healthy Mix Foundation, Origins Super Spot Remover and Liz Earle Eyebright Lotion. I bought most of the products online, but I managed to pick up a couple of things from Boots and Superdrug as well.

First of all, I repurchased the Bourjois Bronzing Powder (£6.99). It is a lovely product and I really missed it. It suits my complexion and gives a very subtle bronzed effect. I also repurchased the amazing Healthy Mix Serum Foundation and two bottles of the Magic Nail Polish Remover (£4.99). I was also curious about the new Bourjois Erasable Liner (£7.99), but I will have to return it, because someone opened it instore and it was super gloopy :( Don't you just hate it, when people test the actual product, instead of using a tester... So annoying! The last Bourjois treat is their 1 Seconde Gel Nail Polish in shade Melon (£5.99). I got it from asos  for £2.99, during their Bourjois sale.

When I went to Superdrug I picked up the Collection Lasting Perfection Concealer (£4.19), Rimmel Lycra Pro nail Polish in Aqua Cool (£2.99), MUA Nail Polish in Pistachio Ice Cream (£1.00) and Eylure LashFix (£2.79). The Nails Inc Leather Effect Nail Polish is from asos and it was only £6.50. I adore the leather effect formula. It dries quickly and looks very nice on my nails. I also ordered a new pair of my favourite Eldora lashes- H105 (£4.99). I reviewed them here.

From Nuxe, I ordered the Summer Travel Kit (£9.90), to try out more of their products and ...one of my favourite lip balms- Reve de Miel (£9.50). I got 15% off my order,  a sample of their amazing shimmering oil and three smaller samples.

I finally got my mitts on a simple pump dispenser for my nail varnish remover. You can buy it here for 99p!

I am addicted to the Liz Earle Eyebright Lotion and I can't live without it. I think I am on my 3rd or 4th bottle. Oooops... 150ml usually lasts me for 2 months, which is great for £10.75. If you have sensitive eyes, you will love it!

Another online purchase is the Bumble & Bumble BB Texture Hair Undressing Creme. It is pricey, but I got it a bit cheaper from Active Beauty and paid £8.95 for 60ml with free delivery. My husband got his hands on it already and he loves it. I only used it once, but I quite like it too.

The last little purchase, but the most important one is the Origins Super Spot Remover (£14.00). I tried to live without it for 2 months, but... I can't! I had to order it again. It dries out spots overnight or makes them disappear completely and there is nothing like it. I like other spot treatments, but this stuff is the 'ultimate zit zapper'.

Oh, one more thing. I got another packet of the limited edition Paul & Joe Blotting Paper from asos, before it sold out.
