Friday wishlist- foundations

Hi everyone!

Happy Friday! :) Most of you liked the idea of Friday wishlists and I love preparing this type of posts, so here is a new one, this time it is my foundation wishlist :)
I mentioned many times that I usually stick to my Holy Grail - Lancome Teint Miracle, which stops me from buying new high end foundations.
I really want to try all the ones I included in this post, especially the Clarins Skin Illusion in both liquid and powder form. I have seen some rave reviews and I am tempted to buy them
The reason why I am thinking about all these products, is the fact that I read blogs and beauty magazines, but to be honest, I have enough foundations to last me for a couple for years!
Anyway :) Here is the list with links and prices.

1. YSL Touche Eclat £28.00 link
2. Estee Lauder Double Wear £27.50 link
3. Lancome Teint Idole Ultra £27.00 link
4. Clarins Skin Illusion Natural Radiance £24.00 link
5. Clarins Skin Illusion Loose Powder Foundation £28.00 link

If you tried any of the above, I would like to hear what  you think.

Oh, and I know that I don't say it often enough, but I really appreciate all your comments and I love talking to you on Twitter and reply to your emails, so feel free to contact me if there is anything I can help you with :) Twitter is the best way to talk to me, as I always reply the same day. 1. The YSL Touche Eclat was a little bit of a waste of time for me unfortunately, i had such high hopes and it did work incredibly well at first with a flawless finish but after around 3 days use I broke out so bad. Thinking it might have just been a bad skin week I stopped wearing it for a few weeks resorting back to my usual products then reached out for this again and the same thing happened :( wahhhhhh Shame really!

  2. Teint Idole is a good foundation and worth trying. I want to try the Double Wear too :)

  3. You have to try the Dior Skin Nude foundation!
    Check out my blog!

    1. yeh this is my next foundation. I've tried a sample it's so nice.

    2. I'm really on the fence with Double Wear, sometimes it looks great and others it's seriously meh. I really want to try Lancome and Clarins too, oh so many foundations ;)

  4. I really want the Clarins loose powder foundation too! If only it was a bit cheaper

  5. The Este Lauder is to die for!
Just found your blog, maybe visit mine? xoxo

  6. I dream to try Estee Lauder Double Wear :D

  7. I got a free sample of the clarins Skin Illusion in instyle magazine this month!

  8. I've been wanting Touch Eclate for the longest time!

  9. I have the Estee Lauder double wear and have used it for a while now and really enjoy it. It is a little on the expensive side but i find it lasts me quite awhile as you don't need a lot and it gives a nice coverage. My skin type is very dry so i can't comment on what it's like for more oily skin though, hope that helps :)

  10. Estee Lauder makes fabulous foundations which you basically can't go wrong on. I use the Double Wear Light and adore it (it's been my HG for years) but if you like full coverage then the normal Double Wear is the way to go. The Double Wear is also extremely good for oily skin types; one of my best friends has some of the oiliest skin ever but you would never know it because she wears Double Wear and it completely controls the oil on her face to a matte finish!!

  11. I really want to try the YSL one! But I have currently two higher end foundations that I'm rotating, so I don't think I will be buying any more foundation for a while :)

  12. I love wishlist posts. I really want to try the touch eclat foundation, I've seen so much hype about it xx

  13. EL Double Wear is the best foundation I've ever tried. Tried the YSL too, but didn't like it. It made me look like a discoball after a couple of hours. EL Double Wear never makes me shine, all day long. And it really stays put on your face, no signs of fading!

  14. I love doublwear, but they've discontinued my shade and their new ones aren't pale enough. I'm really going to miss it!x

  15. Hello Sandra,

I love the YSL foundation, I did last summer and it's even better for the winter. If you need a little bit of help to decide wether to get it or not, I've wrote a review on it, maybe have a read? :)

    Juliette xx
